Vegas Itinerary Advice - Aug 1st - 4th

My last Vegas trip was over 2 years ago and this JC group came through for me back then on the perfect storm of weekends with MDW, UFC fight, and WSOP beginning. I’m looking for some feedback for my next trip in August.

What we’ve planned so far is for Aug 1st to Aug 4th. This is for a 21st birthday and I’d like to make sure I’ve got the correct contacts and also get a sanity check on what my expected costs are going to be so here goes:

Group consists of 12 people. 11 girls, 1 guy (me)
Music preference - EDM
Staying at the Aira and will arrive thursday at noon.

Thurs night 8/1
Haze - Bottle Service for 12 people (2-$K?)
Contact - Joey Orr

I guess thursday is industry night and people in the group have gone to Tao and Tryst before, so we are opting for something new with Haze. Hopefully I can get a deal being a non-weekend night. Any table location suggestions?

Friday day 8/2
Marquee Day Club Cabana for 10 people - ($?)
Contact - Robert Montero

I have no idea what would the expected cost would be since I’ve never done a pool party so I need some help here.

Fri night and Sat day people are on their own so we have nothing set.

Sat night 8/3
Marquee BS for 12 people - (5-8K?) I’m hoping get away with around 6-7K all in.

This is the night I’m fearing cost wise. I’m scared of the mins posted and I don’t think I can afford a main dance floor table, but we’d like to be in the main room. Are tables 30-37 and 40-47 considered dance floor? What other table locations would be good for 12?

Are my expected costs realistic? Suggestions for different venues?

For Thursday, not a lot of EDM options, I work at Haze, we play some but mostly open format/hip hop. I would try to fit XS in there somewhere and you have to remember Light and Hakkasan will be open then, both will be the hot new EDM spots so it's way to far out probably to plan anything at this point. I'd get some opinion on Light, Hakk, Daylight, etc.. Around July from other JC members and maybe adjust.

As kaz says, keep in mind Light/Daylight/Hakk will be open. Also, it looks like Hakk's industry night might be Thursday (based on the calendar on the website) - if that's the case, it might be a good option for your EDM crowd.

Also, I think Cliff can sort you out for both MNC and MDC, so it might be easier if you had 1 contact?

I agree with a single contact. If Cliff can do both that would be fantastic!

In fact, if you just wanted 1 contact - you can just use Joey, and he will get his bro Cliff to sort you out with Marquee.
