Bachelorette Party - Memorial Day Weekend - Super Hero Theme ok for clubs?

Hi All,

I have booked a rockstar vip club tour for 6 girls for a bachelorette party the Thursday of memorial day weekend. The bride to be is big into comics and wanted us all to dress as sexy superheros. It seems like dress codes are pretty strictly enforced; is this something that would have us turned away from clubs or would it be fun/ok? Forgive me, I have only ever been to bars in vegas, not "clubs."

I'm curious about this as well. This is better than feather boas and dick straws (IMO stupidest shit ever, same goes for guys that have garbage written on a t-shirt and inflatable dolls taped to their crotches).

While I have no first hand knowledge I think this depends on four things, what gender, what day, what clubs and what costumes.

You are girls so I think it will be way more likely for you to get into clubs like that than for guys, which personally I don't think is possible at all. It's probably going to be easier to have a club be okay with it on a weeknight than on the weekend, in your case Thursday is right in between there. Also I would assume this is going to be more okay at a second tier club than a first tier club, so you might want to inquire what clubs are included in your tour. Lastly I think it tremendously depends on the type of costume, much better chance if you dress like sexy superheroes (Superwoman, Catwoman, Storm, Black Widow, etc) than as an inflatable Hulk.

In general this might be a good question to ask your tour operator as well, they normally should be able to help you out on this.

While I have never done this club tour- it seems very overpriced at $100 a girl. $600
For example a group of 6 girls should be able to get FREE entry on a Thursday. Also hitting 3 clubs within a 5 hour time frame- that's basically like an hour at each club plus travel time between.

I would check the club websites to get a sense of what is going on at each club and go to an event you want to go to. A lot of the big name DJS play for 2 hours 1-3am that's why your not going to fit in three in one night.

On Dress code it really depends on the club- for example if your costume is upscale/fashionable looking you should be ok in the upscale clubs. But if you go trashy looking at an upscale place might get turned away.
Now a bar in vegas isn't going to care.
