Advice needed please. Bottle service virgin

Yo Dudes,
I'm in Vegas from the 29th May - June 5th. I've already booked an open bar package for Voodoo for the 2nd. I know the club is not the best and most of the people on here seem to be more about the up scale clubs. The view is amazing though and you can get an open bar for not much $$. This can be a night just for getting wasted.

This leaves the following dates available for us to do a nice club in style
Fri 31st May
Sat 1st June
Mon 3rd June
Tues 4th June

If we look at $800 - $1000 including tax and grat but not other tips to security etc.. where would your suggestions be for us to visit. It would be good if we could get a 2 bottles but I understand this is not overly likely at those prices. A nice table location would be good but it's not essential so long as it's not right near the door and it feels like we're barely in the club. I'll be tipping the host $100-200 to cover the table being in an OK location.

Hyde appeals a bit to us (2 married 30's couples) because of the tables with the fountain views but then they may feel a little outside of the club maybe?

I would suggest going out on a Monday or Tuesday.

You might be able to swing a $500 minimum at either but you would be outside of the nightclub by the pool.

Tuesday

1 Oak - Buy 1 bottle get 2nd free
Hyde - 1 Bottle Minimum
Pure - Buy 1 bottle get 2nd free

At 1 Oak and Pure you could get the buy 1 bottle get the 2nd bottle free. This would run between $600-$700 depending on what you drink. Hyde you could do a 1 bottle minimum.

Keep in mind Light and Hakkasan will be open by the time you're there. Depending on what their industry night is, then they might come into the equation.
