just a general question at this point....there is going to be about 6 or 7 guys all late 20's - early 30's. We like to party but are more a rowdy bar type crowld vs a club. Any thing fit that bill???

Also, if we were to do a club is there any clubs that play like 80s or indie type music mixed in?

On the strip, Coyote Ugly, Carnival Court and maybe Rockbar are the only places still open that fit what you're looking for. Carnival Court has bands that play 80's and rock. I'm sure the locals could give you better spots, but they will probably be off strip.

It's downtown at Fremont, but I found The D (formerly The Fitzgeralds) to be kind of fun especially as they are now promoting flair bartending (like Carnival Court).
