Beach club, night club package deal?????

Great site, lots of good info. I am wondering if anyone has done an all day bottle/table package with a beach club and night club that is attached geographically or part of the same company. An example would be Marquee day and night club, something at Encore or Wynn and Wet Rebuplic/Venus and Pure.

Well, the Cosmo Bungalows grant you access to MDC & Marquee, right? Though that's not exactly an economical solution...
