Party Size or Size of Spend?

So, our party group grew from one night to two, and along the way picked up a group of four cali "blondes." Now that the ratio is in our favor, how does this affect the spend/location? If you are targeting a table location, is that dictated by spend or size of party? Or, is there a "maximum" of people that can enter/sit at a specific table?

Here is what we are looking at:
Friday 2/1 - 5 girls and 1 guy (me). It is a birthday celebration and the b-day girl loves XS (dirty south). Any chance to guest list this group/ratio on a Friday night? I know that XS is strict on Fri/Sat. Before I reach out, I'd like to know if I have a chance. I know - presales, but I don't think we will be getting there early enough (more like 12m or so).

Saturday 2/2 - 8 girls and 4 guys. We are set on Surrender (Calvin Harris). Furthermore, the girls are set on an "inside-inside" table, not the dome. Already reached out to Anthony and was quoted $2.5K-$5K for a group of 6 even ratio. Does doubling the party size and going to 2:1 help? Or at a place like Surrender, it is more the spend amount for the location? I haven't updated Anthony since everyone has decided to party since we are still two weeks out. I'll hit him up this weekend. Just getting some information in advance.

For Dirty, XS will prob have a guest list for girls but it will close around 12 so hit up one of the hosts to double check.

Myself and a couple other senior JCers will be in town that weekend if you are looking to do a table at Surrender. Let me know, we can combine forces(forces being cash supply) and definately arrange a better table location or something of the like.

The size of your group will always be one factor in setting a minimum, but location of the table is always relative to the pricing... the closer you are to the dj the higher your minimum is gonna be.
