Chill places between 8pm-12am weekdays

Hi,

Male mid thirties. Haven't been to Vegas in years. I will be in Vegas in a couple of months for work. I am looking for chill places to have some cocktails and mingle typically between the time of 8pm-midnight. Since I am working I can't stay out too late. I will be staying at the Luxor. I don't gamble so typically in the past I just floated around casino bars. However this wasted precious time and there were always more dudes than I cared for. Any suggestions?

Mix at Mandalay Bay, Cosmo has several bars, Ghost Bar at the Palms. Lots of restaurants also have happening bar scenes.
