Vegas at the End of March

Hey guys,

New to the site but not new to Vegas, have been a bunch of times over the past few years but always in the summer. Looks like the crew (10 guys) will be heading to LV at the end of March for a friend's stag... so was wondering how busy the nightlife is versus May - September? Going to make the most of it either way, but just wondering what to expect.

End of March is Spring Break so it should be pretty busy. Room rates are up and so are flight costs. Pools will be opening up sometime in March. It should be a good time.

I went in March last year. There were a lot of girls on Spring Break. Nice time to go because a lot of college girls get sick of immature guys their own age and like to hang with the slightly older, well dressed men in the club.

Just try to avoid the broke ones that are only talking to you to get a free drink. They are easy to spot though.

you will also have a bunch of extra guys there for march madness college basketball...

It's a nice time to go! It's not as hot as summer and there are usually still a lot of people in town to party.

Thx guys. Didn't realize it was spring break... have been out of school for a few years, but luckily for us we are only 'slightly' older lol.

Also, not sure if I should post this question in the daylife forum but since we're on the topic... we always hit EBC/MDC during the summer but sounds like these pools will not have any big events going on, so anyone have thoughts on Lavo Brunch or GBDC?

I was there last year in March. I know the Palms had some sort of Spring Break Pool Parties going on that week if that's your thing.

Went in March a few years ago....didn't really follow NCAA BB much....until I started betting on it
Hit a 3 team parlay on my first bet...instantly hooked LOL

It was pretty slammed everywhere as I recall, definitely wasn't 'slow'

yeah...i can tell you that we planned our next trip for early march specifically to avoid the march madness rush. i was there once for it and will avoid it in the future if at all possible...

So sounds like it will be busy... and with less options in terms of partying during the day, might even get some gambling in (good news for the liver, might be bad news for the wallet hahaha)

Love this time of year! Conference tourneys right into NCAA tourney. Headed to Nashville this year for the SEC tourney....One of these year's I'll make it out to Vegas for the NCAA tourney!!
