To be fair, when Marquee first opened, I saw their DJ list and thought it was pretty ambitious (yeah, I know it's Vegas). They went all in on EDM, especially trance, and it worked. So I think it'll be fine to at least mix A&B in at Wynncore.

you gotta remember Marquee was built with all these resident DJs in mind, XS soon followed after they saw the success that Marquee had

Seems like The Act took a different approach. Will be interesting to see if Hakkasan and Light go with a an XS style setup or something different.

That's the impression I got as well.
Since XS and Marquee has a similar main room setup (A relatively small dance floor with many surrounding tables), I always assumed there was a good reason for this.
Is the idea kinda to keep the dance floor as crowded as possible while packing as many tables in?

Weird that they dropped Aoki but kept Lil Jon. Does anyone really want to see him when in Vegas? Aoki on the other hand was always good fun.

i was shocked to see rusko was playing at XS....whoever signed that walking disaster needs to have their employment at wynncore reevaluated imo.

also surprised they signed skrillex tbh. ive read some stories on his past shows in LV (2 fistfights breaking out on the dancefloor, one girl just getting kicked for no reason, etc) and the crowd he draws in no way caters to the high-end wynncore crowd.

also surprised they would sign lil'john, will.i.am, and jermaine dupri....not exactly the EDM crowd theyre going for. maybe we are seeing a transition to hip-hop for tryst/surrender?
