AVN Awards weekend?

I'm bringing a group of 9 guys out for a bachelor party the weekend of the AVN Awards. Looking to do table service both nights and looking for recommendations on where to go. I've already contacted some hosts, but just unsure where we should go each night. Looked at XS (Avicii) for Friday, but just too expensive. Was thinking of Marquee, Tryst or Surrender, then Pure, Tao, Lavo or 1Oak Saturday. Happy to get your input.

What's your budget for each night including taxes and tips?

We'd like to stay around $200pp all in. I've heard back from a few hosts and have gotten quotes for $1.5k or 3 bottles at Pure, 1Oak and Surrender on Friday and Saturday, around $2k at Tao and Lavo and then, $3k at Marquee and XS with the last two obviously well above our budget when you add tax and gratuity. Really wondering what are the best clubs for each night. We like EDM over hip-hop and of course beautiful women. Just don't want to spend all that money and realize we made a mistake and the club is either slow or full of dudes.

Well, it's AVN weekend so that means a lot of porn chicks. It also means a lot of dudes in town. What location did they tell you for that min at Marquee? You could probably get a lower min, but you won't be in the main room.

Correction, we got $3500 for main room and $2500 for other room.

$1500 minimum is $1950 after tax and server tip. If you tip your host $50, runner $20, these are bare minimums IMO, then you're at $2020 ($225/guy).

If your options Friday night are Pure, Surrender, and 1OAK I would personally choose 1OAK. DJ Karma spins on Fridays and will throw down a great EDM/Top40 mix. The opener may start off a little hiphop heavy though. Dillon Francis is at Surrender....personally not a fan of his style (Moombahton)...main reason I'd choose 1OAK on Friday.

Surrender on Saturday with Cedric Gervais would be good if you can get the $1500 minimum.

Make sure you are working with forum friendly hosts and that they know you are a forum member...it makes a difference.

Looks like we are going to 1Oak Saturday for the AVN after party as Joey hooked it up! Still trying to figure out Friday. It's between Pure, Surrender, Lavo and Tryst now. I've got a buddy at Lavo from home who's a VIP Host there. And we've gotten good deals from the forum hosts at Pure and Surrender ($1500). Just waiting on Tryst to come back to make a decision.

Haven't done Pure myself...but if I did I would go through Thomas Gorman. He's been very good to the forum community.

I've used atmosphere models for a bachelor party I had to set up before. It helps out the ratio when you have too many guys with you. Especially when your friends already have gf's/wives & want to avoid bottle rats. In my experience, hosts will give you a better location when you have girls with you. Whatever club you end up picking, don't get stuck in a dead corner bc of your minimum!

or you can use that money you paid "atmopshere models" to just tip the host for better location and pick out the women of your choosing at the club...???
