Yeah if tables aren't full you can get lucky sometimes just by walking up and asking for a 1 bottle minimum. Less likely at a tier 1 but it can happen. Doesn't hurt if you have some ladies in your group too.

My recent visit to Surrender, they weren't giving out deals, per se, but groups of four guys were walking up asking for one bottle and got tables with no questions asked. Not a great tables, obviously, but they got them. At a certain point, a sale is a sale (within reason) if they're not fully booked.

during the week deals are very easy to get.
