Memorial Day Cost vs The weekend before (long weekend in Canada)

Hi

I go to Vegas every year in May with a group of 10-14 guys. The last few year has been Tao - Thurs, XS Friday, Lavo Saturday. We also do one pool day

We usually go the weekend before Memorial Day which is a long weekend in Canada. We end up getting good table and pay about $400-$500 per guy.

This year 3 of the guys can't go that weekend so we are looking at going Memorial Day Weekend. Looking for advice on the premium we will have to pay as this is one of the biggest weekends of the year. We can deal with 20% but not something crazy like a doubling of minimums?

It will be more than 20% higher. The best pools and clubs with the featured acts will be more like double.

You'll be paying a whole lot more than your used to for the tables you get.

I agree with what everyone else has said. I've been to multiple Victoria Day weekends, which coincides with the Jack Colton May Invasion. Now after being to US/Canada holiday long weekend, I've seen table/bottle minimums be sometimes more than triple what you'd expect on a Victoria Day weekend.
