first time in Vegas

Hey guys, hope your all well

This december (5-15th) im heading to Vegas for the first time and was hoping for a bit of advice if possible...

1) I read alot about "hosts" on here, what exactly do these guys provide? and is it worth it? (im guessing it is seeing as alot is written about them, but i also guess it depends on which one you get?)

2) I imagine it depends on personal choice but what clubs are the "in" clubs at the moment? (im very much a house music kind of a guy rather than R&B / Hip hop etc - but seeing as im from the UK, i know our DJ's are different so i'll be honest and say ive not heard of many of the ones advertised, so unsure of which ones are the best?!)

Hosts are basically the sales people for clubs. Their job is mainly to book table service to bring in revenue for the club. From a customers perspective they are your main point of contact and are there to make sure you have a great experience. They provide other services like guest lists to help get easier entry. The top clubs in town right now are Marquee and XS. They both are EDM focused as far as music goes and are the biggest baddest venues with the hottest crowds.
