    Hey all,

This will be my second trip to Las Vegas, and unfortunately, there are so many shows and clubs, that I'm at a bit of a loss at what to go see. There will be a mix of 3-6 (depending on the night) girls and guys in their mid 20's, so we wanna both hit some burlesque style shows and hit some of the clubs in vegas. We will be staying at Aria, which looks pretty centralized.

We get in late on the 24th, 9pm, and it is a Saturday, so I figure that we should probably hit up a club. My worry is that by 11, the lines to get in anywhere will be pretty crazy, even on Thanksgiving weekend. It seems like everyone is pretty open on things to do, which inevitably ends up as several rounds of "I don't know, what do you want to do", before someone picks something out of frustration.

So, any advice on what are the best burlesque/adult style shows? And some club advice?

    Thanks.

Best way to deal with indecision and lines is to buy presales.
Absinthe gets good reviews on the forums for a show that's sexed up a bit. Otherwise the show at PH that Cocoa headlines now might be good. Can't remember the name though.
Like all great travelers, I've seen more than I remember, and remember more than I have seen.

As far as clubs goes, what kind of music are you guys looking for?

In terms of music, I don't think it really matters. I think top 40 would be more the style, but any good EDM works pretty well too, though nothing too crazy I think.

Chuck, I've heard people mention pre-sales a whole, bunch, but I haven't come across anything about them. Where do I get them and what are they, etc?

I'm going that weekend too. No mainstream DJs that weekend but I think Marquee has the best lineup. Dirty South and Gareth Emery are top notch.

Although I am kinda intrigued by this hip-hop vs. house Battle Track going on at Surrender for Sat. Anyone been to any of these?

Presales are basically like concert tickets. You can get them from the venue's website in most cases...or http://wantickets.com/
It's easy, just buy the tickets online, then when you arrive go to the presale line at the venue. The presale lines move much quicker
            than the general admission lines.

Lol When I think mainstream I think Kaskade, Avicii, Calvin Harris, any of the SHM, Tiesto, Afrojack, Guetta, Deadmau5, and Skillex. Guys that bring in people that dont even listen to house.

I see Madeon is at the MGM 1/26/13....wonder what venue...maybe just the arena. Wonder if he'll land some club gigs next year.

He's on contract with Marquee already and has done a few shows for us. He'll definitely be in the lineup for next year.

Regarding shows, I think you should check out Vegas! The show or V- The Ultimate Variety Show. Pretty cheap ticket prices and shows are pretty good.

                          Hey Paltir,

We stayed in Aria - very nice hotel and like you say, pretty central, a 5min monorail ride from Bellagio.

From a show point of view Absinthe is a great show - went in a group of 6 guys and we were all blown away by it! Bit of burlesque, bit of acrobatics and the like, liberal sprinkling of comedy, all in the round in a small tent so there isn't a bad seat in the arena. we got tickets for $75 each the day before from a http://www.tix4tonight.com/ stand down by the Hawaiin market.

                          Hope that helps!
