Thursday night your best spots are Haze, Tao, and Tryst (Order of my preference)
Tao has reduced bottle prices on Thursdays, Tryst has the Goose/Moet deal, and you can maybe get a B1G1 at Haze.
Honestly though, I'd skip bottle service on Thursday night and do GA at Haze.
Then splurge a little more for bottle service on Saturday. Saturday night you have tons of options so it will mainly come down to
your music preference, crowd you're looking for, and where you can get the best table location for your spend.
What's your budget like for both nights....the total you can spend for everyone in your group both nights combined?Like all great travelers, I've seen more than I remember, and remember more than I have seen.

Does $700 each mean $700 for each night for everyone...so $1400 total to spend for both nights

ok...so $1400, 5 people, 2 nights. You can do 1 night of bottle service, and one night of GA.
I'd suggest GA for Thursday night at Haze. With cover and drinks you're looking at about $500 for the group.
On Saturday, pretty sure you can do the 2xGoose deal at Chateau for $600 which works out to $900 with a $100 host tip.

Haven't been to Chateau yet myself...it should be good on a Saturday though.
