It can seem a little complicated. There pretty much need at least 1 of the following to make it easy.
    1. Be very good looking.
    2. Know somebody
    3. Spend money (Don't need to be super wealthy, but $20, $50 or $100 will help you to avoid waiting in lines.) Nothing is "free" in Vegas. If you get put on a "list" for No-Cover, then you should tip somebody an amount slightly less than what the cover charge should have been.
Looks: I am good looking, but nothing like the 20 somethings that I see in the pics all over the place, so I think that's out. Plus, I am walking in with my husband, which doesn't really attract the fellas like they want.
Know someone: Hey, I know Chuck, right!!! LOL!!!
Money: I understand this, but am not in a position to just toss money around either.

I'll figure it out, though. Plans are in the works of meeting up with some JC peeps for Friday night too. If anything, they can get us into a whole lot of trouble, or good, or idk what!?! Just take it easy on the new girl, alright! LOL!!!

Chuck, I think I understood that we could get a table during lounge hours without a fee, and without a bottle, as long as we were ordering some food & drinks. Did I understand that correctly? Also, I should contact your guy Anthony for that, right?

Omar, My husband & I are not bottle drinkers. I like a beer, a glass of wine (depending on what I'm eating), or a vodka/Red Bull when I'm ready to party! My husband likes a variety of different beers.

I am thinking of getting a table around 8 pm. I know we will be there early then. Especially when the club part doesn't even start until 10:30. Nothing wrong with just relaxing & talking, though. You can always meet up later in the night too. I am going to go up there early with my husband either way. I don't want to deal with the cover or the ropes, if I don't have to. If I need to get there early, sit by the fountain, have some food, conversation & drinks to do that, then I am all in! I just, at least, wanted to ask you guys; since we are all talking about meeting up.

During lounge hours you don't have to worry about a minimum spend amount. At one point they said $50/person but they've never required that from anyone I've sent there. Just tell Anthony your good friend Chuck said you need to check it out and he'll line you up with a great table. Heck I'll set it up for you if you like, just takes a quick text message and you'll be sure to land a great table.
Like all great travelers, I've seen more than I remember, and remember more than I have seen.

We are not bottle drinkers either, I was just thinking about doing BS if we were going to be 6 people and spend the hole night there but having a few beers/drinks sounds like a good plan to us.
I'll confirm on the following days if you should request table for all.
Looks like days don't flow fast enough to be there....hahaha

For what it's worth...the best tables by the fountain seat 4 comfortable...a small couch and two chairs.
If it were me, and you have a group of 4 for sure, just book the table for 4 and the others can join up with you.
There's plenty of room on the patio to stand and mingle.

We land on Thursday at 8:20 pm, so I'm guessing we should be checked in at around 9:30-10:00 pm, I'm planning to do a sandwich to get an upgrade, once at the room I head out to buy some water and mixers while my wife get ready to start the night.
Do you think is too late to pregame at that time?

We ended up staying at Hyde on Friday.

We met up with Omar & his wife, and then Will & his wife, too. They were great people to hang out with. Unfortunately, Will & his wife left to get something to eat, and then our phone died, so we were never able to get back in touch with each other to find out where they went. We stayed at Hyde, simply because, I did not feel like dealing with the lines/ropes anywhere else. Plus, they were playing some really good music. The table was great!!! We were literally right in front of the fountains. It was so cool to see the fountains up close like that. All the city lights from the hotels across the way (Bally's, Paris, Eifel Tower, etc...) were the perfect backdrop too. They had really good dance music. Pretty much all top 40, hip hop, dance stuff. I don't think there were any electric mash ups at all. The atmosphere is kind of uppity (it is at the Belagio), but as long as you are dressed to impress (it is a club!), then anyone should fit in just fine. We actually picked up the menu when they started setting up for the club. There was a bottle of wine for $250,000.00 on the top of the list. That was the cheap stuff! We'll take two! Yeah right!!! I should have ate before I went out, though. Chuck did say they have small plate, and he wasn't kidding. It is very small plate. We got the Kobe Sliders & a fruit plate/bowl thing. The kobe sliders were amazing!!! The fruit was good too. Again, though, I should've ate more than I did, so I would recommend that someone eat before going there, if they are hungry. Especially when drinking is involved too! I almost left with Will & his wife, but again, I just didn't want to deal with the ropes. I planned on eating before I got there, but I had gotten my hair done, didn't like it, and had to completely re-do it myself before going out. Wife crying about hair before going out is not a good thing. It turned out great & ended up being a great night in the end, though.

Thank you Chuck for all of your help!

I also mentioned that we had purchased drink bracelets that included cover for VooDoo Lounge on Sat night. I wanted to have at least one fine dining experience while in Vegas, so we had dinner at VooDoo steak beforehand. The food there was great too. I really didn't think the pricing was that bad either. We had 2 appetizers, drinks, my husband got steak & I got chicken. The tab was $180.00, which includes a 20% tip. I think that $ amount is to be expected for fine dining. I would recommend making reservations for like 9 pm, though. We made ours for 8:00, and the club part doesn't open until 10:00. Plus, it doesn't start getting busy until like 11:00 or 12:00. I would definitely recommend that someone get the bracelets. I mentioned that they include the cover, but they also include all of your drinks (including energy drinks). Vodka & Red Bull (my drink) are $17.00 a piece, so definitely worth it to spend the money on the bracelets. You can buy them through Vegas.com. They have packages that you can get that include a table too. Just don't forget to tip your bartenders for every drink you get! Tips are not included in the bracelet deals. They played really good music too. Again, top 40, hip hop, dance music, no mash ups. Ibar, which is downstairs in the casino at Rio (We went there on Thursday), plays really good music for someone in their 30's. 80's & 90's dance music all the way! Very casual there too. I was in jeans & a dressy top, and I was dressed just fine. There were girls all dolled up in club dresses too, though. Okay, back to VooDoo...The view from the rooftop was amazing! It was too cold to be outside dancing, though. I stayed at the inside bar & danced the night away. I kinda wish I would've thought of that a lil more when I was planning what to wear out. There were plenty of girls out that were wearing pants. Shiny, tight, sexy pants, but nonetheless, pants. They have a drink there called the VooDoo something. We met some people from England while there, and they were telling us that those drinks are banned in England, though. I guess there were bars that put too much liquid nitrogen (the drink smokes) in them. It ate away at the people's stomachs and they died. Crazy!!! I can't hear something like this, and not share it with people. I would want to know that about something that I was drinking. The bartenders were really cool. They threw bottles while making drinks & stuff. It was like something out of the movie, Cocktail. The atmosphere at VooDoo is night & day compared to Hyde, though. That really isn't a good thing either. I went to the bathroom 3 different times, and there were girls puking in the bathroom. I overheard security talking to the lady in the bathroom, and I guess 2 of the girls actually came to the bar that way. idk why they were let in when they were that drunk, though. The age range of people here was all over the place too. Definitely more ppl in there 30's than there were at Hyde. There were also people in their 40's, 50's, and even an older gentlemen that was at least in his 70's. He must've had money, cause he walked in with 3 girls. Well, I know for a fact that they were working girls, though. My husband was approached, provocatively danced on, groped, and propositioned by one of the girls. This was while I was in the bathroom. She was eying us up while I was standing there, and waited to make her move once I left. I guess she was hoping for a lil menage' toi! NO, we are not into that type of thing! I was also felt up on when my husband went to the bathroom. I'm standing at the bar, and I feel someone's hand on my ass. I turned thinking it was my husband, and it was some ugly ass guy! WTF!?! Really!?! I was taken back by it, and second guessed myself. That guy is really lucky that I had that lapse moment, though. I should've punched his ass!!! You don't fuckin touch someone like that! I don't feel like these things would've happened at Hyde. Yes, we (Omar's wife & I) were approached at Hyde. It was in a friendly, how U doin' kinda way, though. They moved along once our men came back by us. We just took it as a compliment, and continued to have a good time.

Okay, I think that is all to say about VooDoo. I hope all this information gives someone else helpful info on where they would maybe like to go out while in Vegas.
