  • Need to Know Everyone's Diet Plan

As we enter treacherous waters with Thanksgiving, Christmas etc all coming up I am wondering everyone's diet plan recommendations. Workout will do P90/Insanity hybrid. I just wanna get a jump start for next Spring and not add on some pounds.

Train like a warrior, eat like a caveman and sleep like a baby. That's what gets me ready.

Don't worry you've got plenty of time before pool season kicks off. Enjoy the festive period. Eat, drink and be merry. The hard work can start in jan!

exercise and don't take "days off" thats the most common mistake for people when they will be like oh its only one time im going to splurge and eat this 3000 calorie fat meal. trust me in the end its worth it

Thanksgiving is a piece of cake if you do it right - load up on turkey, small serving of mashed potatoes, skip the candied anything, and then fill it all up with green veggies. Not green bean casserole, steamed or sauteed green beans. Skip the pumpkin pie, but rather make pumpkin mousse - still an indulgence but much lower on the carb scale since there's no crust.

Why not use those extra calories to bulk up and build some muscle? Enjoy the extra carbs, lift heavier then usual, and begin cutting weight in March to get ready for pool season!

I just eat healthy during the weekdays while at work and for most dinners. Then during the weekend I'll splurge and eat bad and drink. I think it's better to just have that balance than to try and eat healthy 24/7.

for me i'm going to vegas for MDW so I'll continue to add lean muscle until 14 weeks before our trip
i try to keep my carbs mainly around my work outs and keep my cals to 500 over maintenance

14 weeks out ill drop cals to 500 below maintenance , keep my lifting the same and double up on cardio and kettlebell circuits
ill prolly need to drop 5% bodyfat to really look ripped for all the pool parties
