2 guys & 1 week in Vegas

Hello!

I've done a bit of research but I thought it would be best to post here and get some advice from you guys.

We'll be travelling from the UK to Vegas on 9th December and we're staying till the 17th. It's just me and my friend (both guys aged 21) and we're staying at the Bellagio. I've read that this is one of the quietest times of the year and I'm worried it's going to be a ghost-town? I've also been told we might of made a mistake choosing the Bellagio as it's generally an older crowd?

I've read posts on large groups of guys struggling to get into clubs but what about just 2 guys? Downside being I think bottle service for just two of us will end up a bit pricey? I'd appreciate some good club suggestions too!

Any general advice would be great, it keeps me occupied whilst I'm counting down the hours!

Yeah I'm sure well have a great time! Our taste is pretty varied to be honest. We both love rock and edm.

Vegas is never dull. None of the clubs play rock music, so if you're into EDM hit up the biggest and best. Marquee and XS. Followed by Surrender, Tao, LAVO & Tryst. Lavo Brunch will be going strong as well as GBDC. 2 guys will have no problems getting in anywhere. Just buy presales and you'll be good to go. I personally wouldn't stay at Bellagio as it does tend to have an older crowd. If you can get a reasonable rate for The Cosmopolitan, I'd stay there. Newest hotel, plus you'll get free admission to Marquee as a hotel guest with the exception of Saturday night. Plus it's the perfect location as it's center strip, and always happening.

Like Scooner said, there's never a dull day in Vegas. Clubs get packed even on Christmas day. If you decided not to get bottle service and you simply just want to go into a club I recommend getting the VCard. It gives you complimentary admission to different nightclubs, day clubs, lounges, and even strip clubs in Vegas. Some of the strip clubs even come with a courtesy limo. The great thing about it is that you can club hop through out the night and you don't have to wait in the long general admission line. Just the VIP line. You guys will have a blast. I love extended stays in Las Vegas because I feel like I can truly hit up all my spots and take my time doing it. Weekend trips are constant parties.

Any night is a good party night in Vegas regardless of the time of the year. The only real bummer for me is when it rains!

You should try and catch DJ Karma. He incorporated some classic rock into a set at 1OAK when I was there, and edm, top40, hiphop, everything. He killed it.

I haven't read much on the forums about it but King Ink at Mirage looks like a cool place for some rock music too. edm is easy to find.
