Help needed - large group from UK travelling 15th-19th Nov

Hi, I am visiting Vegas mid November with 30 guys on a large, joint Batchelor party. We need help in advance to get us entry to clubs and bars as from what I hear, large male groups may be restricted! Are there any recommendations on the best places to go or tours that can cater for a group of our size. Staying at the Tropicana, and think on average, the budget is circa $1500 per man. Any deals on tables, bottle service, club entry, limo's etc would be much appreciated. (Like the look of Pure, Marquee, Chateau)

So you have a budget of $45000? That would be $1500 per guy. You could do some damage with that budget. As far as deals go, its going to be tough to get any type of deals for 30 dudes. Have you ever been to Vegas before? What type of music are you looking for? For premium tables you'll probably be looking at a 8 to 10k minimum a night. That would get you two to three dance floor tables at tier 2 clubs. Marquee or xs might be more and you would probably have to split up.

Yeah, $1500 is the approx budget for the stay, hotels etc already sorted and paid for. we need some details of clubs where we can get in with 30 dudes and secondly, we are keen to dress up the two stags/batchelors on one of the nights. We have a reaonsble quote from Pure, $3000/$3500 minimum spend with tables and bottle service (under $150 each for a saturday nigght plus any extra booze. Need something for the Friday night where we can dress them up and all get in, so places like coyote ugly etc and ideally a club or big bar that has decent music and open late etc. Assumes $50 min for food per day and a little gambling budget as well! Also, who is best to sort out private airport transfers and private bus on our nights out to save walking for miles?!

We are planning on having one big night, on the saturday, suited up etc, so keen for options. Also, is there a list anywhere of "tier 2" clubs so we can do a bit of research, can find the big 10/15, but beyond that, what other clubs are worth going to either on or just off the strip. My only previous visit (Wynn, 2008) we went to a club at the Bellagio and TI. But that was an all expenses work trip, so a different story!!

Use Presidential Limo (http://www.presidentiallimolv.com/) for all of your transportation needs. You would need two Hummer limos for the airport transfers. Those will be about $250/each ROUND TRIP. You should trip each driver $50 for a group that large. Oh and what is your luggage situation going to be? You're going to be using those hummer limos a lot (if you take my advice) so I'd suggest calling them to see if you can work a deal for multiple uses throughout the weekend.

Stop on the way to the hotel for bottled water and booze. For 30 guys I'd get 4 cases of water, 6 bottles of alcohol, and whatever mixers you want. Bloody Mary's are a must in my opinion. This small up front investment will save you big money throughout your stay. The bottles of water in your room will be $6-8/each and you WILL drink them if you have no other option. Insist on a Walgreens, don't let them take you to a liquor store.

In room supplies = $200
Remaining Budget = $44,200

$50/day/guy for food will keep you fed, nothing fancy but it can be done.

Basic survival food = $4,500
Remaining Budget = $39,700

$50/day/guy for gambling

Gambling = $4,500
Remaining Budget = $35,200

$50/day/guy for miscellaneous stuff (you need some cushion for everyone)

Miscellaneous = $4,500
Remaining Budget = $30,700

So you basically have $30,700 to work with for your party budget. If you're the one handling all the reservations then I'd collect the money at the beginning of the trip. Your hotel will hold on to it for you, but if you leave it in the hands of everyone else to pay you the night of then the money will get spent and you'll be short.

Let's do the big night (SATURDAY NIGHT) first. I'd suggest setting up two hummer limo charters for 2 hours a piece. Leave the hotel around 9:00pm. Bring a couple bottles of alcohol with you for the limo. They will provide a few bottles of cheap champagne for free. Swing by the Las Vegas sign for a photo-op then stop by MIX for a round of shots on the balcony. May not hurt to call ahead and tell them you're coming so they have them ready for you. From there head over to 1OAK for your bottle service. Spring for the premium tables on your big night.

Shots at MIX = $600
Bottle Service = $11,000 (includes all tax & tips)
Remaining Budget = $17,900

Your quote for Pure on FRIDAY NIGHT is pretty solid. So if you do the limos again (they have 2 hour mins by the way), stop by Hyde for a round by the fountains, then to Pure for bottles...

You have plenty of money left...are you going to do strip clubs? Maybe a day party, or more bottle service on Sunday night...

Come to think of it...you should call the hotel and ask them about wiring the money to them that is getting pooled for the nightlife activities. Most all casinos will do this for you. I think the transfer takes about 3-5 business days. That way all the money is set aside, and each night before you go out you go down and grab the money...that would be the most efficient and safest way if you're using cash.

You can do a lot of damage at a lot of places with that sort of budget. Marquee you'd be getting either 2 grand cabanas on the Patio for 5k +tax/tip/etc, Main Room 7k+, Prime spot near dancefloor would be 10k-15k+ for a group that size.

Yeah I'd do Marquee instead of Pure in Friday. You have plenty of cash.

+1 for marquee on the friday. We also travelled to vegas from the uk this year, 9 guys all first timers. Marquee was our favourite spot we ended up there on friday and monday.

If you haven't already I would suggest contacting Noah. He comes highly recomended by the regulars on here and will take good care of you. Trust me you don't want to just turn up on the ngt with no plan. The queues are crazy!

Also, with regards to the dressing up of the stags. To be honest you are going to struggle to do this at ngt and get in anywhere decent.

My advice would be to hit ghost bar day club on the saturday. Its a day time party at the palms runs from 1pm to 7pm and they encourage costumes and dressing up. As it is not pool season I would definitely add this place to your list. You have to experiance a good day time party in vegas and from the videos I've seen on you tube this place goes off!

Hey Izzy, yea with your budget you should have no problem having a great time. most clubs require you to have 1 bottle ($425-$475) per 3-4 guys. so in theory 30 guys would be about a 8 bottle minimum which is about a 3-4k min. I can set something up for you at chateau for a wednesday, fri or saturday. ill inbox you some details
