Yes they are available a few hours before the venue starts. It does close I think a couple hours before though.
Like for Marquee you can get it at the box office next to the 1st floor elevators to Marquee. I'm not sure about Cosmo, but I know you can buy the tickets at Encore concierge earlier in the day for XS and Surrender.***Feb 2012 - Aria - Marquee *** March 2012 - Encore - Marquee, Surrender
