Oracle Mansion.. Hookah bar/Club

I know most of the non-vegas locals may not know much about this place. But for the locals and some that are familiar with other clubs off strip, have any of you been to Oracle?

My Vegas friends go to this place often. They say its pretty fun and nice place to Hookah.

Any input?
