Tips for a first-timer this weekend!

I am going to Vegas with a group of 7 20-something girls this weekend. Staying at PH.

Just wondering whether we could get some recommendations for the best places to go Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights? Our criteria is great music and dance floors! And also some information about the best way to get into the clubs? Is it too late to contact people about guest lists as it's the long weekend?

I noticed in other posts people were recommending Marquee but there are djs coming each night, does that mean it will be impossible to get in without a ticket?

No you can contact hosts about guestlists the day of. Just make it before 6pm(if you do it the day of) cause sometimes they cant add people after that. The only place you probably wont be able to guestlist will be XS. You can definitely guestlist at Marquee any night.

Thursday - Tao, tryst, haze.
Friday - depends on music preference and size of venue
Saturday - same as friday

Everynight at XS and Marquee there are usually good well known DJs. You can still guestlist even at those nights. If you want to check out Marquee. PM Noahram here and I'm sure he can help guide you the right direction.

We'll be there this weekend too but only for Friday at Marquee to check out Alesso.

tao beach thurs afternoon should be fun! booked a cabana for my friend's bachelor party

alesso at marquee should be a good party but i think we're keeping that night open

saturday night we're going to rain to see roger sanchez. calvin harris is at XS and kaskade is at marquee - not really my type of djs but i'm sure both will be solid parties

most of my friends leave on sunday but since i have an extra night i'm going to check out marquee (probably the dayclub with dirty south but maybe i'll make it at night for a-trak and markus schulz). i guess it depends on how hung over i am

XS is one of my go to clubs. Always alots of fun! But usually really packed so you have to be ok w. crowds on the dance floor.

Ive herd marquee and surrender are also alot of fun.

Do some last minute research! the last time I went I found a hosted champagne bar for females at ghoastbar great for cheap pregaming =)

Also if your group likes champagne the cosmopolitan has 24 hr unlimited champagne for a set price depending on quality. look at the thread that talks about cheap drinks on the strip for specific info.

blondebabe, if you havent been to Marquee I'd make it a point to check it out. Surrender is a good alternative too if you dont like the DJ or have a hard time getting in at Marquee or XS.

We pregame hardcore with 5 shots in a row in the room and a couple drinks at the Platinum bar at Cosmo. lol. By the time we get in the club, we're feelin good.. haha
