  • Best thursday nightclub for early 30's man

Hello, I am a foreigner and will be visiting Vegas for my first time. What places you guys do recommend for a thursday night (October 18th) ?

    Some personal info:
    1) I am on early 30's, so I would really to go to a place with people around my age, not feeling too old or too young.

    2) I have very low pitch voice, so it would be really nice if the place has not a very high sound volume or at least has a rest spot with silence, so I can talk to people.

    3) I am not really a fan of hip-hop, but I do know that in US a lot of places just play it over and over on a lot of clubs, but personally I would prefer more dance/house music and SOME hip-hop....

So anyone has a rank list of suggested places?

While you'll see that the club crowd is in their 20s, there is a large percentage that are also in their early 30s and older. b
The big clubs in Vegas such as XS, Marquee, and surrender are mainly House music so you'll enjoy those.

We're in our 30s and those are basically the clubs we go to every time we're in Vegas.
    ***Feb 2012 - Aria - Marquee *** March 2012 - Encore - Marquee, Surrender
***May 2012 - Aria - Marquee, Surrender ***June 2012 - Cosmo - Marquee, XS, EDC
    ***June 2012 - Aria - Marquee ***July 2012 - Monte Carlo - XS
    ***Aug 2012 - Aria - Marquee, XS ***Oct 5-6 - Monte Carlo - Marquee

      +1

I'm in my 20s. However, as WT661 said the tier 1 clubs have a great mix of people and everyone is usually very friendly.

XS probably has the largest OUTSIDE area of the three (I think) if you are concerned about being in a more quiet place.

If you want a good mix of hip hop and EDM, Marquee has EDM in the main room and an entire other room devoted to hip-hop (the boom box room).

If you have further questions or are interested in bottle service, I'm sure any of the listed hosts on JC would be happy to help you out: http://www.jackcolton.com/hosts/

What about Lavo, TAO and Tryst

        Thanks for the feedback.

What about Lavo, TAO and Tryst? They would fit my requisites?

Others could inform you about Tao better than me, but Tryst would have some great tables for what youre looking for. North and South patio tables

Tryst has EDM djs and hip hop djs some nights. The schedules seem limited on guest DJs so not every weekend will have a known DJ. Must be resident DJs on most nights that its open so you have to check the schedule.

Haze has good line ups too and solid crowds. I'd check that out for a more chill club night than the busy nights XS and Marquee become on big weekends.

I am in my 30's as well. I've always found Tryst to be the best Thursday night option. Great club, not too crazy packed and the music is generally pretty mixed. Crowd is always really good too, plenty of folk who are a little longer in the tooth but also younger people. I've never been let down there and have probably been 20-25 times since it opened.

Lavo is alright too...can get a bit crowded without a table though, so if skipping bottle service stick by the bar. It can be a good time people watching, and it's not ear-bleeding loud over there.

Haze was great last Thursday without bottle service. Plenty of space to move around, the main bar is enormous and was well staffed. I never waited longer than a few minutes to get a drink. It was 2:00am when we started so that may have helped with fewer people clambering for drinks. But all in all it was a great place with a good crowd and a great mix of music.

                      Thanks again for the input.
I'll check one of these: HAZE, LAVO, TRYST, XS, MARQUEE.
I will see if I cant find some nice indoor pics from these places to see which one I like more.

i think your best choice for a Thursday will be Tryst.

Haze is another good option too.
                          Next trip: ???
