Bottle Service this Sat. (Sept 22); 5 people (3 guys, 2 girls); Top40/Hip-hop

First of, thank you to this site and all the posters on this forum. I wish I came here years ago!

In Vegas this weekend. Here are my parameters.
-Only partying 1 night (Sat. Sept 22nd)
-Group is 3 guys + 2 girls
-3 of us are new clubbers (although we're older, ~27 yrs old), so want to do BS to give them a comfortable experience
-Girls are both extreme light weights
-Top40/Hop-hop music
-Want to do at least 1 Grey Goose bottle
-Budget $1000 +/- $100 all in, if possible, but will go over if we must

Was thinking Bank; emailed the general reservations line on their website (haven't called the Host listed here yet) and they quoted 2 bottle min and $550 for Grey Goose. Their tables look good, if we can get into the VIP area that overlooks the dance floor. But wondering if we can get into a Tier 1 club with B1G1 or maybe a Grey Goose/Champagne deal for the 5 of us since the 3 guys drinking will no way be able to go through 2 bottles.

Any advice or suggestions?

Don't want to do the 'have the girls enter on Guest list and bring them back to the table' since folks are new to clubbing and want to keep things comfortable for them.

$1100 all in for a group if 5 wanting a good table location on a saturday is going to be a lot to ask.
It may be doable at Chateau though, or maybe LAX or something.
Champagne usually starts at $395. So a bottle of goose and a bottle of Champagne would be $950. Add tax/tips and a $300 host tip that brings it to $1500. Since you're not buying many bottles you'll need to tip well to get a good location.

Dig for loose change in your sofa if you have to to find the extra $400. A $1500 budget will get you a good spot at a lot of places, whereas $1100 limits your options.

I have been quoted "all in" as well. What exactly does "all in" entail? Host tip, security tip, waitress tip? Would love the clarification?

All in means taxes and gratuity included. host tip, security tip and waitress tip are all optional.

All in is auto gratuity and taxes. the host/security/waitress tip is option but highly recommended. They all play an important role when it comes to enjoying the service especially if you have some new people.

All the above is correct. All-in means the final amount you can expect to see on your bill when being charged for your bottle service/mixers/location/taxes/fees/gratuity.

Sidenote: Gratuity goes towards the waitress/busser tip split at the end of the night but does not include any such tipping for the host/security etc.
