need some help with our vegas trip

Hello everyone, heading over to Vegas on the 4th of October from the uk, there are 8 boys in total all mid 20s staying at planet Hollywood. This is the first time to Vegas for most of them so want to show them what Vegas is all about. We are going to need some help planning all out night so I hope some of you could help before we start messaging all the hosts. Music choice isn’t a problem as we will party to anything

We arrive on Thursday and was thinking of hitting Tao, want to get bottle service but will probably have around $1800 including tips + taxes then will tip the host $400 , will this be enough to have BS?

There are no plans for Friday and Saturday as of yet so would appreciate any help, was looking at bank, 1OAK, chateau or haze? BS limit would be around $2000 so if that’s not possible would do pre sale.

Sunday would like to go MDC for Dirty south, a cabana is most probably out of our price range, any one know how much a couple of day beds are?
Sunday night looking at going surrender for Calvin Harris, would like to get bottle service here would have around $2000 plus host tip

Monday night we are looking at bottle service at marquee would be around the same limit as the night before, what sort of location would be good for this sort of money?

Also a couple of the group would rather drink beers, is it possible to buy cases of beer for the table at most clubs? Also would it be worth doing pre sale one night to have more for bottle service for another night?

I would presale some of the nights to help increase the budget for the other bottle service nights.

Your budget for Tao on Thursday should work for a good table location.

For Fri/Sat is your budget $2000 total for both or $2000 per night?

You can order a case of beer as part of your minimum...they're like $375 on weekends.

Doing a night or two of presales would be a good idea to free up some budget for a couple blow out nights with bottles.

$1800 including tax and gratuity, then a host tip on top, should put you at three bottles, so for 8 guys that should get you a great spot at most places. I'm assuming you want to be in the center of the action on the dance floor. For Thursday, look at either Haze, Tao, and Tryst. For Friday and Saturday, I'd check out Haze, Hyde, 1OAK, or Bank. As for Sunday, you'd be able to get a table for 3 bottles, but Calvin Harris will probably drive up table minimums. Just something to consider.

I'd do presale at least one night so you could have more to spend on a Bottle Service night.

Just look up a host recommended in the host appreciation thread at the top of this forum and they'll let you know what kind of table you can get for your budget each night. Also tell them you're a JC forum member. Who knows, you might even be able to get a Buy 2 Get 1 or a Buy 3 Get 1 deal somewhere or an upgraded table location. Never hurts to ask.

$3000 total comes out to 4 bottles and about a $400 handshake. With the exception of XS, Marquee, and maybe one or two other places, you should be able to get any table you want for that much on a Friday or Saturday. Again, just get in touch with a host recommended on this site and see what they can do for you.

I would highly recommend working with david chan at 1oak for saturday. I have worked with him in the past and he was very accommodating. You could probable work a b2g1 for saturday especially with a good handshake. his # is 15868727208.

on a side note

Just throwing it out there I'd try to throw XS in the mix. It really is a venue that should not be missed even if you just do pre-sale. As a 24 yr old female its my girl friends and I favorite spot to go and always try to go at least once on our trips. Although I've herd marquee is pretty good as well you will just have to figure out what is works.

Hows the place for couples? It'll be me and my gal, we're planning BS @ marquee for dirty south fri so the group most likely won't be down again. But we sure will be, I know it's not worth getting a table for the 2 of us, whats your rec. on doing like bottle @ the bar or something? or w/e else works for a couple
