Marquee on Thursday or Friday?

Ok so the plans keep changing as we get closer. The guys now want to hit Marquee after a good number of friends recommended it from their trip a couple weeks back.

The plan is Marquee either Thursday or Friday with Moon being on Saturday (still looking at options for Friday). Group size is 3-4.

So will Marquee be better on Thursday or Friday? Will it be a better value to go on Thursday instead of Friday (ie cheaper bottle prices or better table location, etc...)

Being that we are going to be there Thurs-Sun, is it wise to start out with Marquee, then go down in club size?

What table locations should we be looking at since the trip is Nov 1-4?

Fri unless you want hip hop. They only have the boom box open on thur.

As Joey said, Marquee only has the BoomBox room open on Thurs. Its a small room below the main room dedicated to HipHop on most nites that its open.
So you wont really go "BIG" on thursday if you go to Marquee since the whole club isnt open.

Haze, Bank and 1OAK are other big clubs that are open Thurs-Sun that you can check out to start with.

Personally I'd do one of the 3 above on Thursday. Marquee Friday. Honestly, as a personal opinion, doing Moon on a Saturday is kinda downgrading from the 4 clubs mentioned above.

If you insist on going to Moon.
I would start out with Moon on Thurs. Marquee Friday. Haze/Bank/1Oak on Sat. You can switch amongst the 4clubs for Friday and Sat.

I'm in town that week too Oct 27 to Nov 4. We base our plans on which DJ and music is playing on that certain day. Marquee already has their schedule out til Oct 31, but still waiting on the rest to come up with their schedule before we really plan out which club on which nite. Keep an eye out on the FB pages and websites of the clubs you're interested in going and go from there.

Ok you convinced me to convince the buddies of the changes in the plans. Thursday Moon, Fri 1OAK or Haze (still waiting on which one) and Saturday we go out with a bang at Marquee. Hopefully we don't over spend ourselves Thurs and Fri before Saturday's festivities.

Ive over spent myself once or twice on trips, a good plan would be chip in for that night right away and keep it aside until that night and then you wont have any worrys

Sounds like a great lineup - you'll have a blast! Im always the guy that takes care of setting up my groups trips and paying for everything - I've found it's usually easiest to try and collect from everyone up front and set it aside - takes the hassle out of trying to collect from people after the fact and ensures you're properly budgeted.

Yup that's exactly what is going to happen. Once I get the prices all agreed to, then I book it, pay for it, and everyone else gives me the cash.
