For those of you that have been to Surrender before...how's the vibe there? If you're lookin' for a place that has a dance floor that'll be, not necessarily packed but, busy, would Surrender be and good option on a Wednesday night? We're looking at Sept 5th, I believe Sandro Silva is going to be there that night.

    I love, love, love Surrender.

However, when I think of Surrender, I think of a chill out spot where you're surrounding the pools, you have the ability to chat with tons of women, and the waitresses come to you to bring shots that are conveniently prepped so you have the opportunity to do some double shots. From what I can remember of Surrender is that there were two dance floors, one in what I can describe as the main DJ area and the other one outside covering one of the pools (I might be wrong--see reference to waitresses with pre-poured shots).

But yeah, to me Surrender is awesome. Plus there's always the chance that someone is gonna fall into the pools. I'm glad it wasn't me.

Suhweeet! In your opinion where do you think the best table locations are? Inside or out?

Since the weather is still nice and warm on September 5th, I would go for the outside.

+1 for Surrender on Wednesdays. Patio tables are a great balance of price and location.

I was there earlier this month for Sultan & Ned Shepard. This was on a Wednesday. The vibe was really cool and I had a lot of fun until I realized someone opened my purse and stole my phone and some cash. I wasn't even drunk so it sucked to walk back home phone less and sober ! So beware!

Do you know a ballpark figure for prices at the patio?

I usually do a table inside, but I think the patio tables are about 3 bottles, depending on group size. Not 100% on that though.

What prices do bottles start at in Surrender? I remember hearing somewhere that it's like $500 (for this coming Weds) isn't this a little excessive for a week night? I wanted to go there this Weds, but with LDW coming up, 3 bottles there (for 7 people) seems a bit too expensive.

Anyone able to confirm the price of bottles in there?

I was there on a Wednesday in July for a headlining DJ. Ciroc was $495 and champagne started at $525.

Yeah I decided to go ahead and book it anyway. 3 bottles for $1500...Not a bad way to start the week off!
