Tao/Lavo/Tao Beach Wristband Clarification

Heading to Vegas LDW for a friend's bachelor party and we came across the All-Access Wristband for Tao/Lavo/Tao Beach and just wanted to get some clarification.

From the Tao website:
Purchase your tickets now to bypass the line or purchase your Happy Ending All Access Wristband for unlimited VIP entry into TAO/TAO Beach/LAVO Friday – Monday.

What is VIP entry?

There are 6 of us (guys). Essentially we want flexibility to where we want to go, but don't want to wait on lines. Not looking to do bottle service because we want flexibility and might end up doing that as a last minute decision while we are out there.
