Can I get in JUST in my bathing suit, flip-flops and a T-shirt or do I have to wear club clothes and change?

Thursday nights during the Summer it runs. And you can just show up in a swimsuit. No need to change. There is still a dress code though.

had a blast there last week, and yeah pretty much anything you would wear to a regular pool party would be acceptable

awesome, can't wait to check it out...from what I read, BS isn't absolutely necessary at Surrender right. I hear there is enough room to walk around/sit/be comfortable. Or should I push for BS?
