Member who could get deals at Elara / PH Towers?

Probably not the right place to post this, but I am looking for the member who was able to get deals at Elara when given dates.... we're looking to stay there for our next trip and I was hoping to get in contact with him.

Thanks for that, but unfortunately it won't work with our dates (a few months out yet).

We're going to have like 14~ or so people and am hoping we can stay together, or possibly two rooms of 7.

First thought was a 3-bedroom unit at jockey club....then possible another 1 bedroom if we needed.

The four bedroom units at Elara would be perfect but going through the Hilton website puts our trip (Thursday - Monday) puts the room at like $6500... which at that price we might as well get a 2 bedroom Skyloft and another room at MGM.

Other options are:
MGM Signature rooms - Two or three 2 bedroom units
Grand Chateau 3 bedroom unit
3 (or so) Palazzo Bella Suite(s)
Skyloft 2 bedroom w/ another room at the Signature if needed (getting pretty expensive though)

.... I see all these great 4-bedroom timeshares at Elara, but the dates never align.

What dates? Have you tried the Polo Towers? Or Hotel32 at Monte Carlo?

I've looked a bit, but nothing seems to come close to the amount of sleeping space I am looking to find (Elara / JC/ Grand Chateau have the most) for a reasonable price.

Dates are sort of open at this point.... All we're looking for is Non-Holiday Thursday to Monday at least 3 months out.

You could try ***** Marshal. He got me a pretty good rate at Elara for the invasion this year. Don't think he posts here anymore, but hit me up if you want his details.

What I'm also kicking around now is maybe just doing a 1-bedroom skyloft or Palms Place suite (with the private pool/hot tub overlooking the strip) for myself and a few of the guys (who ever is willing to pay) and then have the ladies all get their own rooms so they have more bathrooms for getting ready and whatnot.... then everyone can just meet and party in our room.

Anyone know if you can bring food / booze up to a skyloft or do you have to have it brought in by them?

I'm looking at 4 nights in Feb (yeah, we're advance planners) at Elara for 4 dudes. With AAA it's coming out to around $400/night with taxes. Also thinking about Jockey Club but I'll post back if I find any great deals.

Check out ebay and Las Vegas craigslists. Lots of people trying to sell Elara rooms and some pretty good deals as well.

Cool, I'll check it out. I've seen the timeshare rentals up on eBay but unfortunately most are Friday-to-Friday or Saturday-to-Saturday and I'm coming in on a Thursday.

I haven't checked Vegas craigslist - I'll do that.

We had a full blown party in a skyloft with our own booze, so it won't be an issue. We were discreet when we were taking it up, but it was in plain sight in the rooms. The only people who will see are the butlers, and they will gladly turn a blind eye if looked after!

Yeah I think they are pretty liberal with the party in the room policy. I was staying there during a conference and every night one of the Big-4 consulting companies was having a party in a Skyloft.
