7 days in vegas, October

Hey everyone I will be coming from Beirut to Vegas first week of October. I'm in my twenties and will probably be coming alone, I don't mind it much. I've been to Vegas before once strictly for poker but this time I want to experience the nightlife.

Beirut has a pretty good nightlife with huge clubs but I guess Vegas is different. I'm a big drinker so I plan on going out every night.

How would you plan this? Clubs here are different since u can get seats at the bars and there are no central dance floors . Vegas I'm guessing is more tables oriented. Do u think clubs won't be as fun for someone going alone? Should I gEar the planning towards bars and lounges more.

And what arrangements would u make as a guy alone? Buy tickets? Contact hosts? I'm not very fussy but I would like to skip lines/guarantee entrance.

Finally, where would u go each night of the 7 days?

buy presale tickets and meet lots of friends, preferably all hot women. if you're into the DJ that's playing, you can always hit the dance floor and rage. that's always fun too. just get your drinks in early for that one.

Haha that's the plan, usually goes smoothly but I'm bad at making guy friends lol. Excuse my ignorance, but if there's no special dj playing are there still presale tickets?

And is October still good for pools?

The great thing about Vegas is how easy it is to meet people. As a solo guy just chat with groups of people. Let them know you're from Beirut and you came to enjoy American nightlife. I guarantee you will get invites to hang out and kick it. My second to last trip, it was just me and a buddy. We met a girl on the plane that was headed in for a bachelorette party and ended kicking it with her and her 6 or 7 gfs most of our trip! Just be friendly and you'll do fine...

I know Tao Beach will be open through October. The weather and how many people the weather draws to the pool is another question.

if you're so keen on poker, try this. buy your presale ticket, play poker for two hours and order double drinks from the waitresses until 12-12:30ish, then walk down the hall to the club. the dj should come on at 1 and you'll be nice and liquored up. used to do this a bunch when going to Surrender and XS.
