Marquee Table (9 girls)

Hi everyone, I'm planning a bachelorette party for a Saturday night in August and I had a quick question. I've been looking into getting a table with bottle service so our group (9 girls) can have a place to reconvene throughout the night. I talked to a Marquee promoter and got a quote for about $1500, all in, for two bottles of goose and two bottles of champagne. One of the guests, however, mentioned that if we go early enough we will be able to get a table (no bottle service) anyway, so we should just buy the VIP passes and not reserve a table.

Is this possible at a nightclub like Marquee? I mean I understand Vegas clubs like groups of women, but it seems implausible that we would get a table at one of the hottest clubs just by showing up early. Aren't tables usually sold out by like 10:30 anyway? Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

there going to give you a higher min at the door if you show up with out any reso. book now while you can get that deal, although check with them on where you are going to be seated even with 9 girls 4 bottles for 1500 seems to good, they are most likely to stick you outside. and or boom box room

vegas clubs like money more then they like women there going to take the higher bidder at the door 100% of the time. guaranteed, so dont lose out on a table the dollar rules all out here

Thank you for the advice! She gave me different quotes for different locations, and I decided the library would be the best place for our group as there are some introverted girls who might not enjoy being in the middle of the action constantly.. and the library seemed like a good buffer zone for us to meet and talk throughout the night.

Do you know if the unlimited VIP access wristband for girls ($50) includes any drink tickets?

your not going to get drink tickets but usually they offer about an hour open bar, but at opening hours. Also try negotiating table min and try getting most out of your host, ask tons of questions, 1500 for the library is something I would personally not do but thats just me.

Have you ever been to Marquee Sarah1930? The library is small. Its like a 3 car garage with a pool table on 1 side, DJ on the corner, Bar on 1 side. The music is top 40/old top 40. Totally different vibe than the main room or Boom Box room. If I were to spend $1500, I would rather spend it in a main room at like Pure or Rain. At least I would be in the middle of it all. Or even outside in the Marquee pool area is a much more happening vibe.

You would get SUPER bored at Library all night. Nothing really happens much there. LOL. We usually only go up there if we wanna get away from the main room and take a seat for 20min. But we're back in the main room after that.

The size and feel of it is like a Dive bar but suuuper nicer looking. haha.

Think of it this way, they are going to be placing you in their worst part of the venue for 1500, I would just go to Tao which is as equally popular I don't care what anyone says both drag in 3k people give or take tao a little less, but at tao you will get more of a bang for your buck. At tao you wont get stuck in their non main room (opium room) they will most likely place you in main room for about $500 more. I mean if you want to party at the top spot nightclub just because you enjoy nightclubs and are and avid nightclubber, I would do Marquee, but if you want to enjoy yourself and have a fun experience with your girlfriends in and off set table in the main room I would do Tao. just my po.

Thanks so much!! I'll definitely rethink the library. So there's no way we're getting a table in any of the hot Vegas nightclubs without paying for bottle service, no matter how early we get there, right?

Sarah1930, my 2c is it sounds like you want some prestige factor of hitting a really hot club, but you guys also want to be able to chat, and don't neccessarily want to be right in the middle of the action and noise.

If that's the case, Marquee is still a solid option, but I would switch to a patio table. Will still be busy outside on a Sat night, but quiet enough to talk, and if you want to go inside to dance, its right next door. Library is nice, but its basically a lounge inside the Marquee complex, and on a different floor to the club. So you got to walk a flight of stairs to get to the club proper, which you all may not want to be doing a lot of in heels.

Your other options for a 'hot' club, but on a table where you can still have a conversation, is an outside table at XS, or a patio table at Surrender. I'd suggest also contacting those also and see what they can do for you. Personally, I'd take a patio table at Surrender out of these two options. Outside at Marquee can feel a bit sterile, IMO.

Unless you picked Marquee because you're staying at Cosmo, in which case, I'd say stick with Marquee, but get a patio table...

Whatever you do, you guys are going to have a great time!!

9 girls can actually get a table for 1k (2 bottles) pretty easy depending on the night/DJ, and based on what you've said, you want to be on the patio. Which by the way, is where a 1k girls table will put you anyways. Avoid the Library unless you're into the small lounge, prefer karoake over big DJs, or really enjoy playing pool (nothing wrong with that and it's a great lounge). The arrive early for a free table option is actually you being sat at an empty table and given a few free drinks until a client arrives and buys the table. The 4 bottles for 1500 all-in I simply don't trust, and even I don't think I'd get that deal. For 9 girls though it's generally easy to find a table client willing to offer you free drinks at their table simply for you to party at their table. If you're not doing a table, get on the guestlist for free entry before 11PM.

Could the host be telling them about the one package you have where it's a bottle of Belvedere and a bottle of champagne for 850? That's the closest I could see to the deal they're getting even though that's 1700 and not 1500. Still if all-in means with tax and tip then that does seem really low (especially considering the LET).

Edit: So I just did some quick math and for it to be truly all in then the bottles would have to cost $930. Even if the bottles of champagne were comped I can't see two bottles of Goose being only $930.

My suggestion would be to text Noah (who has been posting in this thread) and see what kind of deal he can get you.

$1K patio at Marquee will be best IMO. I like the vibe in the patio at Marquee. There is still so much going on outside, that you dont feel left out of the party.

Yup. Highly recommend not getting BS at the library. It literally is a...............library.

As others have said, get BS out in the patio if your group still wants to be able to chat. It's still a party out there but at least the music isn't too loud.
