My nightclub itinerary. What u think?

Hi All,

Loving this forum. We all 30-32 from Sydney, Australia and coming to Vegas!! Only 3 weeks so can't wait.

Initially was going through a 3rd party group to book all our nights however recently decided to do it myself.

This is what it's looking like. Would loVe to know what some of more experience Vegas ppl think....

Thursday Aug 2 arrive:
$450 table at TAO

Friday day club at Marquee: $750/1000 table

Friday Night: unsure but perhaps rhino's, sapphires and just dinner etc maybe gambling. Not a big fan of gentleman club but heard they really good and sort of want to see for touristy side..

Saturday Night: need help here... Can't afford marquee tables. Do u guys think it will be good idea to party at a tier 2/3 club? What is good on Saturday night and for around $1200 table?

Sunday day: EBC pool party. Can anyone recommend a host so I can ask about a couch? What will the minimum be for couch for 4 guys??

Monday night: marquee with $700 table....

Tuesday and Wednesday... Recover and touristy stuff

Thursday ::: what is good pool party on Thursday during day???


So what do u guys think? I know it depends on the group but I am really open to suggestions and would love some feedback.

I reckon you need to revisit your budget mate. How many of you are going? A $450 table at Tao? I dont think thats even possible is it? Thats one bottle on a thursday... for a bunch of guys?

Likewise Friday Marquee... If i were you id be worried about getting bumped if i am paying $750 for a table. Youd have to be tipping the host some serious cash to secure something for that

Daybed on friday for $750/1000??? Is that too little?? That's what I was quoted by the club hosts... Obviously we will be ordering more bottles at Tao on Thursday but if I can secure table for 450 then what is stopping us from buying more bottles. Thanks for the price for EBC

Nothing is stopping you, but your table locations are determined primarily by your agreed to minimum spend. If you know you're going to buy more bottles, then tell your host so you can get a better table location.

$700 table at Marquee is in the library. I was quoted the same
back in June for a Monday. I had to up my min to $1000 to get
a table inside right near the entrance to the patio.

$450 is most likely getting you a 1 bottle minimum in the Opium Room, Tao Beach, or Lounge area at Tao. Or perhaps a b1g1 champagne special? Either way it's not in the main room where the partying is going on. To some that's very important. To others it is not. That's your decision to make.

$750/$1000 at Marquee Day Club on a Friday is getting you a daybed which is perfectly fine. There is no bad location there.

$1200 should be able to get you a patio table at Marquee on a Saturday night for 4 guys unless Avicii or Armin is there 100%. It definitely should especially if your using the same host for Marquee Day Club on Friday. Are you using Justen or Noah to book Marquee? $1200 should definitely be able to get you a table outside at either Surrender or Xs also on Saturday for only 4 people. Though I'd stay clear of XS on Saturday with an outside table.

Sunday at EBC a couch is going to cost you a $1000 F&B minimum. Maybe a tad higher with 4 guys. I was quoted $1000 for 4 people on a couch with equal ratio.

$700 on Monday at Marquee gets you inside the Library or Boom Box Room. If it's a Party Rock Monday I'd skip that and try to get upgraded to the main room. The Library is really small and not a huge party area.

I arrive in vegas from england on the 2nd August also, these are our plans:

Thursday: Tao Walk in
Friday Day: Wet Republic with a bungalow 3k minimum
Evening: XS with presale tickets Avicci is playing....tickets are only $50 and from what i have heard you should walk right in more or less
Saturday Day Marquee Day Club with a grand cabana 6K
Evening: Marquee with a dance floor table (Nicky Romero is playing)
Sunday Day: EBC with liiy pad 1k minimum (calvin Harris is playing)
Evening XS nightswim with cabana 2k minimum
Monday Day Bare Pool party (nothing set up yet)
Evening Marquee (nothing set up yet)

I don't know if going Sapphires on the Friday night is a good idea. You could end up going way over budget in there and running out of cash for rest of the weekend. I would save the strippers for one of your last nights.

$450 for a table a Tao seems ridiculously low I would speak to a few hosts? If you are worried about the expense of Saturday night you could always try pre-sale tickets. Nicky Romero is playing at Marquee that Saturday and I am sure you can get pre-sale tickets for that event

A useful contact for organising anything Marquee related is Noah, I will PM you his contact details. He will tell you straight what you will get for your money, and can also offer some great advice regarding other venues.

Also who did u talk to for EBC on Sunday? Def want same thing as you there coz Calvin Harris going to be there...
I noticed u have spent some serious $$$ on awesome tables. We are only 4 guys so cost ends up being more per person... I'm going to increase budget though...

A $450 table at Tao is a one bottle table and will almost certainly be in the lounge and maybe at Tao Beach if it's open that night. I agree with the above posters that you should take some of the strip club money and upgrade to at least a two bottle table at Tao. Call Chris Traer, he was the first JC approved host I worked with and he won't steer you wrong.

Its just the 2 of us going.

Apparently XS night swim is very good, we have booked a cabana with a 2k minimum. Other options for the Sunday are Lavo and the Bank. Night Swim is also a little bit different to the other clubs that night.
I think when it comes to going a Vegas club and you cant really afford a table then pre-sale tickets are a good idea. I dont believe in paying for a table where the location is not very good and the service is more than likely going to be average at best. I wanted a dance floor table for XS on the Friday with Avicci playing but was quoted 10k minimum plus a 1k handshake.....other options were to go for a back wall table where i was quoted 4k or outside patio where i was quoted 1.5k to higher. I refuse to pay 4k for a bad table so just went for pre-sale tickets instead.

Yeah for marquee we are paying over 4k minimum for a dance floor table...it should be a lot higher but we have also got a 6k grand cabana booked in the day so I think we have got quite a good deal.

This is my second Vegas trip, so just want to do everything properly.

Yeah he has actually set a few things up at other clubs for me, he actually got me a better deal at EBC than what I was originally quoted by an EBC host. So yeah definitely email him and i am sure he will help you out where he can

You're usually looking at around 5k for a Dancefloor table @ Marquee on the weekend. Certain factors such as host relationship, consistent repeat customer, Muliple big spends in the same day can change your minimum slightly.
