3 guys, last minute planning... help?!

Hi everyone,

So I'm going to Vegas this weekend with a couple of friends, and we haven't really planned everything to exacting detail well in advance. We just have a general concept that we want to hit up a pool party at least one day, hit up clubs one or two nights, and definitely check out a breakfast buffet at least once (we've heard Wynn is tops for that!). We're early 20s, staying at Hard Rock. We kind of figure we want to gamble some, and sort of play it by ear, but from my quick glances around this forum, that seems like a surefire way to get denied entry to every club and party within a 5 mile radius... Also, budget isn't too much of an issue for me (as in I would be fine dropping $3K on entertainment personally), but they don't have nearly as much freedom to spend. I'm willing to supplement their end of the cost a bit if it means the difference between a meh weekend and a sick weekend.

I guess what I'm saying is, do you have any advice? We're leaving tomorrow, landing around midnight (on the Thursday/Friday border), and leaving Monday, late afternoon. Are we SOL on partying hard?

Let's get this handled. Vegas is easy last minute if you do it right. Figure out where you wanna go or what you wanna do, then see what your weekend club/gamble/food and extras budget is. The gamble, food and extras doesnt require any planning so that ends easy. The clubs can be setup and locked in once you know what spots you want to checkout. For which day to do which just straight up ask in here for the vets or PM a knowledgable party like Chuck, Universal, myself, or anyone thats a regular poster. WE're all more then happy to get you setup and settled and not leave you guessing.

Plus it's in our hotel, and it seems like after a couple of days, making our way to our own pool early will be way more likely than to someplace on the Strip.

So I guess... what days should we do what? I would assume Friday and Saturday would be the big club nights? I'd also assume that since we're landing so late Thursday, it's a better call to take that night off, get to bed, and be ready for the weekend, but I'm open to being convinced otherwise!

Not sure about taking it easy the night you land, you only have so much time in Vegas so take advantage of them. Hip/hop top 40 is not gonna be found at XS, Tryst in Wynn is a great nightclub that plays more of an open format. Can be a little more affordable than other higher end nightclubs, if you decide to do bottle service which I would do if it is in the budget. Chuck a regular poster on here has Tao pricing down to a science so he could help you with that. How many guys?

you'll be able to check in okay at that time? If not, dress for going out when you fly. Going to bed at 1am is

and gamble a little the first night. Go to bed at like 4-5am. This will acclimate you for the next two nights.

Get up at 10am on Friday, chug two bottles of water, throw on your pool gear, and head over to Marquee Day Club. Get there between 11-12. Party your face off. If you have like $300 between the 3 of you may be able to get a daybed...if not, just go GA. No wife beaters, and you must wear swim shorts.

Set up bottle service at Vanity on Friday night. You should be able to get a 1 bottle minimum for 3 of you. After tips and tax you'll spend about $600 total for the night. They'll have music you like and it will be a good party for the money. If you're not ready to stop partying head over to Drai's and keep it going.

Lol, love the Chuck weekend planning. Seriously, can I just send all my clients to you to plan and then I just show up to the office once in a while? I will note that if you don't plan on doing bottle service for Marquee, presales are cheaper, faster, and more guaranteed then hosted entry with a handshake or jumping in general entry line. It'll save you money, you won't have to rely on anyone, and you'll walk in just as fast as the hotel guests who get instant entry with room keys on certain days. It will be electro/house music, but if you want to see what the hypes about and hit on the hottest women, definitely shoot through Saturday night. Also, we have an exlcusive Hip Hop club right below the main club which you'll get full access to as well.

Dude, thank you so much, this is amazing... My only question is this: we had seen that P. Diddy is supposed to be at Tao on Friday, so they're playing hip hop (which apparently they don't do normally). Would this be worth checking out, or is Vanity still the way to go?

The P Diddy party would be great IF you have a table in the main room. That said, my guess is a main room table is going to be at least a $1000 minimum for one behind the bar. If you can swing it then hell yeah. It never hurts to ask though.

Text Chris and ask him if he could do 3 guys in the main room that night with a 2 bottle minimum and a $250 tip.
That would work out to about $1400 total for the night after everything and you'd have a blast.

I encouraged him to ask for what would be good deals. Daybed minimums are probably going to be closer to $500, but it never hurts to ask. $1,000 seems steep for a daybed at Rehab.

Yep, got the same quote for Rehab, but asking for what you want never hurts. What's the worst that could happen? I think I'll try this closer to my trip!
