  • Right time to contact?

We touch down on the 12th of August (Sunday). When should I inquire about a table/ start contact with the host? Searched but really didnt find anything so if anyone can provide a link that would be great.

    Thanks...

I've always been told to contact them when you guys know where you guys plan on going and when.

Right now isn't too early, but if you want to wait until you are 2 weeks away, I think that would be fine.

I think now would be fine! I'm flying in on August 10th and I started locking things in this past weekend.

A week or so is plenty, but do it whenever you want to lock it down.

I've already submitted and confirmed tables up to September 16th, so no worries on contacting too early. The only time this isn't true if it's for a special event or Holiday weekend and we don't have our set price ranges yet. Contact as soon as you have a rough idea and need some questions answered. Confirm as soon as you know for sure.
