Alright everyone, me and my buddies just got back from Vegas a few days ago and I'm going to let you know the about the stuff that matters (including pool parties):
Wed, June 27 - SURRENDER - Went about 11pm, waited in line for about 10mins, was maybe 75% packed but WAY better than LAVO (LAVO was empty around 10pm). Girl/Guy ratio was maybe 45/55.
Thurs Day - TAO BEACH - We ended up coming to Tao Beach cause Wet Republic was deaaaaaaad around 1pm....Tao Beach was nice and let me and a few friends in for free (no line around 1:30pm). Place was packed around 2pm. Girl/Guy Ratio was 50/50
Thurs Night, June 28 - TAO NIGHTCLUB - Bought entrance passes in advance from Wantickets.com and got into the club with no line whatsoever around 11pm even though there was quite a few people in line. Club was paaaaacked since it was Tao Thursday there. Girl/Guy ratio was 45/55
Fri Daytime, June 29 - TAO BEACH - Yes, we went here again the next day cause the people at Tao nightclub on Thursday were super nice again and gave us free passes to Tao Beach. Went around 11am, no line was apparent, walked in and then the place got packed around 1pm. Girl/Guy Ratio was 50/50
Fri night, June 29 - PURE - we organized bottle service here for the terrace roof top (bill came out to about $1,400 for 2 bottles). It's a a really nice venue, but the girl/guy ratio was terrrrrrible (like 30/70). Plus, the crowd isn't the same type of crowd as you would see at Marquee, XS, etc.....
Sat Daytime, June 30 - ENCORE BEACH CLUB - bought tix in advance from Wantickets.com and got there around 11am. Line was pretty big, but luckily we had the passes and skipped the line. NO JOKE, the BEST pool party I've ever seen. The place is huge, beautiful and paaaaaaacked.....Girl/Guy ratio was like 55/45! Hands down, EBC is the best I've ever seen.
Sat Night, June 30 - TRYST - had bottle service here so no line/cover (bill for 2 bottles was about $1,400 after everything). Was pretty annoyed that it took foreeeeeever for the door guys to figure out who we should talk to regarding our table.....waited about 30mins in line before they had the "right list" with our names on it....but nonetheless, as soon as we got in, we were treated very well and got a great table. Place was packed obviously cause it was a Saturday. Girl/Guy ratio was 55/45
Sunday Daytime, July 1 - REHAB - bought tix again from Wantickets.com and didn't have to wait in line (mind you, there really wasn't a line around 12pm anyway). The place is nice forsure, but I dunno why Rehab gets all the hype. For their "best" day of pool parties, it was maybe 85% full....Very disappointed in the Girl/Guy ratio though as it was like 35/65....We would've been better off at EBC again (Re: Sat daytime).
Sunday Night, July 1 - XS - Again, we had prepaid tix....but we went early at about 10:30pm so I'm not sure if the tix would've gotten you in right away if there was a huge line. Place is beautiful just like the girls that go there. It's a "night swim" party but there's maybe 20% of the people dressed in swim ware....up to you if you wanna do it....Girl/Guy ratio was decent too at like 50/50...
Monday daytime, July 2 - Finally took a rest from the insane partying and walked around the strip...lol....
Monday night, July 2 - MARQUEE - Didn't have passes but we had girls with us that night that knew someone, etc. etc. and got us inside at no line/cover....place was paaaaaacked for a Monday night.....Girl/Guy ratio was insaaaaaaane....it was almost too many girls there...lol....JK. I give props to this club though. Pretty good lay out and they retain a great ratio....only thing is that it's freaaaaakin hard to get into if you're in an all-guy party with no bottles....one thing that's annoying there is their bouncers though....waaaaay more rude than any other club or pool party we went (and as you can tell from above, we went to a LOT of them)....
Tuesday, July 3 - Hometime....lol.....
Anyways, I dunno how many other groups party as much as me and my buddies, but if I were to give three pointers for you guys out there:
1. Please get your prepaid tix....just make sure the site is legit.....And even with the tix, I'd say to go to the clubs with them no later than 12:30am...just in case.
2. Girl/Guy ratios really don't matter at the end of the day....as long as you are willing to chat/dance up a storm, you'll be bound to find a nice lady by the end of the night....
3. You definitely do not always need bottle service....most girls that randomly walk by and chat want your booze only....lol.....Refer to the first two pointers above....
