Isn't this place a steakhouse? Not sure if it was built as a lounge. More like a restaurant that has a bar in it.

Brand has been a Steakhouse for a while and now has a Lounge. Back in October of 2011 it had a clubish element. There was a rope and a host stand, promoters, and loud music. The only thing missing was customers. This past April I was in the casino again and noticed they opened up the area that was the "club" and made it into a lounge next to the Steakhouse. The loud music and bouncers were gone, and in it's place some nice lounge seating. It was mostly empty...there are plenty of other Lounges I'd hit before this one.

Gold and MIX have cheap bottles. I think you'll still be in the $300 range for Goose though. Maybe can do Absolute or something of the like for less than $300.

Gold is probably going to be the more happenin' spot of those two. MIX is really only good for the view.
If it were me, I'd go with Gold unless you really want the rooftop experience. If you're talking Sunday...Gold is closed on Sunday.
My #1 lounge on a Sunday would be Hyde. You're not going to find a dirt cheap bottle, but it would definitely be worth an extra $100 for your group.
