Labor Day Weekend - Table Costs?

Right so im coming over Labor Day weekend - Wednesday 29th August till Tuesday 4th.

14/15 guys coming over for a bachelor party. Not all will go out, id say max going to each club will be 12... probably more like 8

Whats your thoughts on my plans?

Wednesday: Surrender - Pre pay ticket - Only 3 of us there on the Weds night
Thursday: Tao - Bottle Service - $3k spend for a Main Room table for 8
Friday Day: Wet Republic?
Friday Night: Marquee - Bottle Service - $4k - $5k spend for 12
Saturday Day: Wet Republic?
Saturday Night: XS maybe
Sunday Night: maybe XS Sunday Swim

Ive gone with Matt Pearson for Tao and Marquee bookings, has anyone used him before?

Im not 100% convinced the groups gonna be able to go out each night, and then do a pool party next day and another night club, so was thinking Night Clubs on two nights, lets say Friday and Sunday, and a pool party on the Saturday and play it by ear Saturday night and see who is left after the all day session.

Should I be going XS on Saturday night, or is the Sunday Swim night a night I should go to? Ive seen a few vids but no one seems to go in the pool?! whats it like?

Also - best day for Wet Republic? Im staying at the MGM so it makes sense... Friday, Saturday or Sunday? I wanted to go EBC but their table charges are huge.

Any host recommendations guys?

You're lineup looks good to me. I'd do XS on Sunday night and leave Saturday open to wing it.
Wet Republic on Friday.

Matt Pearson is the Director of VIP Services so you should be in good hands if he's personally handling your reservations.
I just wouldn't expect him to walk you in....maybe he would...but I doubt it.

Are the minimums quotes or guesses? They seem right.

Is XS nightswim sunday on holiday weekends? Figure they'd make more $$ if they run it like a 'normal' night..

Your looking at more like $5000 for main room at Tao. $3000 might get you a sky box, but you'll be better off getting bottle service in another country because thats how far from everything you'll be. $3000 at tryst might land you main room, if not a decent patio table, which will be 100% better than a sky box at tao.

wet is at least a $2000 minimum for ANYTHING on friday and at least $3000 for anything on saturday

Marquee - $5000 will get you main room. Probably 3rd tier, but it will still be pretty good. just get there early

XS you're looking at at least $5000 for inside. patio you could do 1 bottle for every 3 people still usually. maybe add 1 extra bottle for good measure

Nightswim you'll be looking at about $3000.

Re: the table at Tao - I have it booked and confirmed "good table in the main room" for $3k minimum spend. So hopefully they'll honour that, i'll speak to Matt closer to the time to ensure thats the case.

OK so I think we are pretty much set on Tao Thursday, Wet Republic Friday daytime and Marquee Friday night, no plans Saturday and XS sunday.

Where else is good saturday night guys? Ive been XS before and it was top, did Pure at Caesars last time out which was good, but want to see as much as poss really!

Would have said Surrender, but you're doing that Wednesday, so next suggestion would be Hyde. Open format early in the night, moving to house later, but should be a good crowd.

Other option might be Haze. Could be wrong, but I thought Haze usually books name djs on holiday weekends?
