Planning our upcoming Trip to Vegas (Labor Day Weekend 2012)

Hi there !

Since Encore Beach Club and Surrender released their Labor Day Weekend line up, I figured it's time to start planning our stay. We are 6 people total (all guys) and we are going to stay in Vegas 29th August - 6th September. Since we don't want to be hung over during the flight back , we look at 7 days to fill with day- and night-time events. Maybe a cozy daytime event on August 5th , but nothing too crazy. I thought about getting presale tickets for most of the nights(or appropriate handshake) and doing bottle service for 2 nights or so. I hope you can help me out with the best schedule possible I assume the other venues will relase their Labor Day Weekend line up in the near future as well...Oh and we are staying at the Cosmopolitan if that has any influence

How much do you plan to spend for bottle service each of the 2 nights?
Are you doing GA/Presales/Handshakes for all other day & night events?

We are looking at a 2 bottle minimum I guess , so 1800 for each of the 2 nights should be reasonable right ? I have no idea if that gets us a decent table at a major club...

We were intending to do that , so everyone is able to decide for himself how much he is willing to spend on drinks and stuff. Someone on this board told me that there is no hassle at the door for a group of guys to get in if they show up with presale tickets and of course the right outfit

Me personally I budget between 2 and 3k on booze,food,gambling,etc. for the entire trip. Others budget less or pretty much the same amount.

2 bottles for 6 guys will be a patio or outside table at most of the big places if they even allow you to book for that minimum. I'd expect to spend 4 bottles worth (2k min) anywhere tier 1 for a patio/outside table.

Throw the whole '1 bottle per 3' out the window for a holiday weekend...and also don't forget that bottle prices will go up as well.

2k without tax,tip,etc ? Since we arrive August 29th (Wednesday) , I was wondering if LDW prices already apply on that day too. Which venue would you recommend on a Wednesday?

So maybe bottle service at Surrender on Wednesday and afterwards going with presale tickets/handshake. Can anyone tell me what to expect pricewise for a decent table at Surrender on a Wednesday ?

I think you can get a cabana for around $1K, outside closer to dancefloor for around $1500, and inside starting around $2000.
Haven't done it myself, just going by memory from other posts...someone confirm?

Ask him about a bungalow min, they are bigger than the cabanas and have their own bathroom (should not be much more). Perfect for an awesome time on Surender's swim night.
