Bachelor party aug 24-25, 11-12 dudes

I'm in charge of planning night events for my best friend's bachelor party during the above dates. We have approximately 11-12 guys coming and want to do bottle service at Marquee and Surrender. Which clubs would be better for the Friday/Saturday night. And who can I contact for bottle service prices at those clubs? What kind of minimum would be expected for a group of our size? Any input would be awesome as we just want to have a killer time!

2k for pool deck at Marquee. 3k or higher for main room. 5-7k for premium ( dance floor or 2nd tier). Surrender 1500 to 2 k min for cabana outside. Inside 4 to 5 k.
