Some creative freedom for you guys

Hello all, another Londoner here that's come to annoy you all...I got some great help from here this time last year when I went to Vegas for the first time, so thought I'd come back for more.

Going for a repeat trip on Aug 29th - Sep 5th and have been refreshing my memory with all the good weeknights / day clubs etc to hit. As there seems to be so many different options for each day & night, I thought I'd give you experts a blank template to draft a rough schedule out!

There's going to be 7 of us going (all male), and we'd ideally like a bottle service each night, with a couple of day clubs thrown in somewhere too. Obviously it's too early to see what events will be on for each venue, but a rough guide for me would be really helpful & much appreciated. In terms of a budget, we'd probably be looking to spend about $2500 each purely for the day & night partying. That equates to about $17500 to work with, but we could go a bit higher if it was worth it. We didn't realise until after we booked up that it falls on your Labor Day weekend, which should be good but hopefully doesn't add too much onto the prices!

Any help you guys have would be good. Thanks.

Assuming you are traveling each Wednesday thats 6 nights and 5 full days. Is that a fair assumption? Basically low key wed night you arrive and nothing big the last wed?

We get there about 1pm on the Weds, have 7 nights there and leave in the evening of the following Wednesday. Not looking for anything too low key on any of the nights... Not coming all that way to sleep!

Any thoughts on a schedule? I've seen some of the DJ's announced for that weekend already, it's going to be crazy!

So...it sounds like rather than go HUGE a couple of nights you'd like to spread your budget across as many venues/dj's as possible yes?
A mix of presales, tables/beds, and maybe a JC table tag team a night or two sounds in order...

So that is an average of $2500 per night. Take $100-$200 off for cash tips and that is $2300. Take 30% for the waitstaff and tax and that is $1769 per night or about 3 bottles a night which is gonna be the minimum for 7 guys anyway.

Of course you are going to want to save some nights and go big over the weekend. So assume a 3-4K min for good table locations inside the major clubs on Fri and Sat nights. Which after tips and tax will be around $4.2-$5.6K. That leaves $7500 for Wed, Thursday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. You will have to hunt around, but I imagine on these nights you might find a few 2 bottle mins for your crew so you can strech your money.

I'll leave it to the experts around here to check my math.

Yeah that all sounds pretty good! Only problem I can see with that is there's no way we're making it to 5 day events in a week lol. I'd say maybe 3-4 day events, and a couple of days of TLC for our bodies, just chilling by our pool or something. Of the events you mentioned, how many are for tables / BS?

We'd originally wanted to do BS each night, but as it's LDW it'd probably be more sensible to stick to a lounge or something for a few nights and go a bit crazy on the other nights right?

I def agree on the Tier 2 clubs for the weekend, especially as it's LDW like you say.

Also, by JC table tag team I assume you mean share a table with some people from here? That'd be cool, but I just thought with 7 of us that'd pretty much fill a table out already no? Unless I'm underestimating the size of these tables...

Would you consider moving your hotel to Mirage? The pool there is great and the location will be much better for/economical for getting to and from all of clubs/pools. With 7 guys youre looking at two cabs to get anywhere or a long ass walk. After a day or two of walking you'd wise up and start hopping cabs. You could ebd up dropping $100/day on cabs with that size group....sorry to divert but it came to mind.

So I'd drop Liquid and plan on EBC as GA. Any bed or cabana is going to hurt the budget on Labor Day. Lets try for bottles everywhere except XS and see how close we can get.

Unfortunately the hotel is already booked up, which is a shame as I remember how far away NYNY was from most of the action. Not to worry though, we'll just take the cab fares on the chin.

If past experience / habits is anything to go by, we'll be doing heaps of pre drinking at the hotel, so will be going into the clubs fairly drunk, and hopefully won't need to spend too much on additional bottles other that the amount we need to get a decent table obviously.

Why was it so bad?

I didn't rate the music and it was full of guys. I thought the layout was shocking also. There was this one doorman with the worlds biggest head who was just being so heavy handed pushing people around for no reason what so ever.
