Are having flasks a no-no in clubs

I can understand why people bring in flasks and such, but I hate having a bunch of shit in my pockets when I am trying to dance and move around the club. Just having a cell phone and wallet is too much for me. IDK... I just get annoyed.

I had a room at PH once. we werent sure where we would end up. So I had a plastic water bottle. Put some ice in there, poured some Ciroc and added some sprite. Had that in my pocket walking from gallery to chateau and ended up finishing it before we decided to go into Haze. Threw the plastic bottle away before going in the club and I was set for most of the night. just had a couple more drinks to keep the buzz leveled out. Its really not that hard to keep a water bottle in your jeans or pants pocket unless you have one of those tight ass jeans where you can barely put your keys in the pockets.

Is it a good idea? No, not really lol. Speaking as someone who has been on the brunt end of getting removed for a flask (it wasn't mine) it's not the best of times. If it's worth the risk for you, than I say go for it. Beware some place pat you down and go through your things before you go in, and if drugs or outside alcohol are found you will get the boot.

Best option is to pre-game, bring a waterbottle full of your personal poison, down it until they ask you to throw it away and keep it going with a few beverages. If you BYOB, disposable flask is easier to use and hide than a regular one. I'd go to the bathroom and add it in to a drink/drink directly. Getting caught isn't fun when your group is still inside, and you were escorted out

If you have a table, I would advise that you not BYOB, because I do not think it's worth the personal risk of getting tossed and losing the money you spent on the table. You've got a table anyway, why cheap out now?

Also: if you're drinking from the bar, doubles are cheaper than two separate beverages. It's usually ~$4 more for a double than a single.

For college football tailgates we would split a half gallon of vodka/captain morgan between 3 of us. We would dump it into big ziplock bags and stuff the bag in our crotch. Was it classy? Hell no. Did it keep us hammered in a place that didn't serve booze? Hell yes.
I have also brought a CamelBack backpack to the Hard Rock pool before. Full of Vodka. We would just order lemonade all day and mix it up ourselves. It was on a Saturday a few years ago.

I have become partial to our idea for sporting events around here, most allow food but not outside drink. So we simply make liquor sandwiches or subs, grab a roll, Fill with minis, add lettuce, wrap in foil. Go inside and grab a soda and enjoy. Gets us through the patdowns easy enough.

As for the clubs, even in the bathroom I would be wary of doing it simply because it isnt worth the risk to me. I'd rather pregame that extra drink on the walk or pay for the extra one in the club over getting run at 1am, seperated from the group and not a good time to be trying to find another club to get in to.

You gentlemen are wise beyond your beers. So the consensus is flasks are ok if at a sporting event but not a high end club. I will pregame before floating through the doors and not look like a class-less douche.

But I like the scenario where she asks if thats a flask in my pocket or just happy to see her.

A truly great idea would be a belt flask. Looks like a normal belt. But
hidden inside is 6 ounces of liquid self esteem. It would dispense through
the buckle of course.
