Guest lists? Worth it?

My friend recently got back from Vegas and she said guests lists are the way to go. I think I've seen a few threads where it's better to just contact a host on the forum to hook us up.

Anyone have any suggestions? Does being on the guest list get you in a different line? Does it speed up the process?

I think guest list are totally worth it. I’ve always had an easy time with them. You just go to the guy at the front and tell him “I’m a guest of ________ and I’ve got ___ ladies in my group”. In you go. No waiting. Lots of different people can put you on the “list” including a host.

I’ve heard of lines for the guest list, but I’ve never experienced it myself so I can’t comment.

You can contact a host to be put on their list. Keep in mind though guestlists are mainly for girls or good to even ratio groups. If you're an all guy group... guestlists will be tougher.

I wouldn't count on that method with six guys. No nightclub in Vegas worth going to is going to guest list that kind of group unless you have a personal hookup at the club.

Guestlists are "the way to go" for girls, but don't expect that same treatment for a group of 6 guys... Definitely contact a host for a walk-in fee of some sort

usually for tier 1 clubs on not soo crazy weekends it's reduced admission for guys if a girl accompanies you if you're on guestlist. so even ratio, girls will get in free and guys get reduced admission.

tier 2 clubs do have comp'd admission for guys, you just gotta look for it and see which club is worth the comp'd admission

Yeah dude...I think the longest we've made it in Vegas without meeting new friends was like an hour....seriously, unless you're totally shy making new friends in Vegas is as easy as falling on your face...

This seems like the best strategy. Divide and conquer. We got a group of four or five guys going, and we're thinking that we make female friends during the day or in line, then mingle among them so that we get an even ratio. I think we'd still have to buy them drinks anyways, but maybe the ladies might return the favor and buy us a drink too (wishful thinking haha).
