Just wondering - if one does not like visiting LV during the holidays (ie MDW, july4, etc), do you think it's better to go one week before or after the holiday?

I don't think it matters, generally speaking. Vegas is packed with girls every weekend during the summer. -
yup summer weekends are usually going to be a good crowd. Its not super packed as EDC weekend or MDW or LDW, etc. But it'll be pretty fun. I was in Vegas 8 weekends from June to Sept.last year.
