  • Chateau through vegas.com??

I almost booked through a host for $1500 at $1500 for 4 bottles Sat night june 9th for 16 people. Then my wife found this link. Can anyone tell me what the catch is? Besides 1 less bottle which we dont care much about nor do we care much about the location in club.
Specifically Im referring to the 15 person table for $1k?

I actually went through Vegas.com for one bottle for me and my gf at Chateau a few weeks ago. They found my reservation quickly and had us going to our table in no time. They tried to stick is at a terrible table (right by the side bar, zero traffic pretty much), so I tipped $50 and got moved to a dancefloor booth. Even though Vegas.com states that tax is included in the cost, the manager at Chateau said that was not the case so it ended up being a little bit extra. The crowd was mediocre at best, but I was spoiled with a $5k minimum at Marquee on my last trip so I'm probably just comparing to that. It ended up being pretty cheap but IMO, spend the extra $ and go somewhere else.

Thanks that's basically exactly what I was looking for.

Not sure if Costco still has those $100 gift cards for $80, I would check your local Costco. You could save $200

          recommendation

Chateau is a good time sometimes..its hit or miss..i personally like it because they always take care of me there and i know alot of the people that work there. With that being said my opinion ALWAYS go thru a host. It doesnt always have to be someone even from that club just a host you trust and he will help set you up there or elsewhere. When us as hosts look at the reservation sheet we make sure our guests, hotel reservations, other hosts mgrs cocktails ects reservations are handled first and at the best spots before an outside (vegas.com, independent host, ect) Just ask your host and give him the number of ppl and budget and he will help accomodate you

+1 Knowing somebody that knows somebody can only make things easier. Try directing them to the info you got from vegas.com and seeing they can/will match it. It's almost certainly going to work out better. Also, the established relationship will get you a better trip next time too.

Any update on this? Did he match the Vegas.com deal? I'm curious to see how this shakes out.

Andrew Flynn helped me out at Chateau and was extremely helpful.

Would recommend him to anyone looking for a good time in vegas.
