I briefly looked for a thread to respond to but figured I'd just post a quick note. I read a lot here about a table being an absolute must for Tao. I went there Thursday night of MDW, which is their industry night. We did not get a table, and we had a fantastic time. The dance floors were packed and fun. When we wanted a breather, we just walked up to Tao Beach or the bar. I still highly recommend contacting Chris Traer if you want to go this route.

Love Tao on Thursday nights!! My hubby and I have gone several times just using the guest list and have never had any problems getting in (as long as youre there early) or having room to hang out. Tao is tops when it comes to handling their guest list. Very organized, polite and friendly. Other clubs have a mob scene guest list and you only get in if you shove your way to the front, grease someone up good and bug them every five minutes to get in. We will always go to Tao and always highly recommend it to everyone we know. They are a class act there

Yes, we were on Chris's guest list. There was a huge mob outside, so I walked up to the nearest bouncer to find out where the guest list line was. As soon as I mentioned Chris's name, he raised the rope and let us right in. Chris was right there for us to say hello
