3 days until the bachelor party weekend - what to do?

We're having a bachelor party this weekend, 6/1/12 in Vegas! Yay! However, we're a little late in the planning stage and would like some suggestions/advice. We have 15 guys on Friday and 18 on Saturday. We're all in our 20s/30s and are working professionals. Is it to book the clubs?

Itinerary
Friday: hit the club scene(XS, Surrender), that's what the guys are telling me about the hot clubs right now. Is that true and can 15 guys get in? We're willing to book a table(s) but don't know what the going rate for Friday. Any ideas on clubs and pricing?

Saturday: Sapphire then clubbing again. What club is hot? Again, we're a big group so I don't know which clubs can accommodate us.

If you plan to get 5-6bottles at least, you can get a table and it wont be too hard getting all those guys in. If you all just want to go in and wing it. Get pre-sale tickets for everyone NOW.

That weekend, I dont think anything big is happening so table prices wont be ridiculous like MDW or other special weekends. Just consider that each bottle is $500-600 and you're most likely going to be required to get 5-6 minimum to get a table. Plus tip 20% and tax. and tip to your host that gets the table for you. Plan out $300 per person per night, just in case.

I'd do Surrendere Friday. If you do Saphire first Saturday then I'd plan on Drais Saturday since you wont likely get out of the strip club until well after midnight. Otherwise do a club first Saturday. Spends above sound right.
