This new look format Style is horrible

New icons will take a little getting used to but works well on Android. Whats the problem with working on the iPhone?

Just started the upgrades last night. Designer is coming through in the next couple of days and redoing the design, then the mobile versions come out.

Agree. Old one was easier to sift through. Maybe it's because of the white background. The dark orange was easier on the eyes

I'm sure with time, it'll get easier. Everything takes getting used to. Because the old format was in need of some changes...

Why was it in need of a change? It did what it was supposed to. I don't care for the current look but I'll wait to see the mobile version to pass judgement.

The old format was actually the older version of the forum software, whereas this one is the latest. There are lots and lots of upgrades included in this new version. Primarily, easier spam control, a greater emphasis on mobile compatibility, and Facebook interactivity.

We will definitely continue to adjust the colors and design, but the real benefits will come when the actual mobile apps and facebook connection are live.

The new layout is definitly hard on the eyes as others have stated, and will need adjusting. On the other hand a more user friendly mobile compatibility and integrated social media, should be highly welcomed. Look forward to the continued progression of this website, as it has already proven invaluable.

Agreed...drop the bright orange and its all good IMO.
