got a room comped at flamingo from july 4-10 for only 120$(sat night). got a flight for 260$ rt from newark. thats crazy cheap for an eastcoast flight.

From my experience the last couple years. NO. Its not as busy as MDW, LDW. Its summer busy, but not ridiculously busy.
