  • Bottle Service on a Sunday for 3 (possibly 4 guys)

    Hey Everyone,
Thanks for all the help in planning my first trip so far. My friends and I (3 guys in total, quite possibly 4) were planning on doing BS on a Sunday night (7/8) to be exact. Our budget was going to be a 1k minimum (which would come out to 1700 with tips and taxes?) and I was wondering how should I approach this. If I went with a place like XS, would my location be terrible? I didn't really think any of the other names were very appealing for Sunday night spots.
I would like to do BS on a Saturday at Hyde, but we're at a concert that starts at 9, so I'm not sure if we could swing that. We also are doing a daybed on Sunday, so I guess the whole point of that would be to invite girls out Sunday night. Anyway, I welcome all advice and input!
    Thanks

Sunday is nightswim at xs so the table options arent as decent with only the outside open. Lavo can actually be a good party on Sunday and with your minimum you could get set up. Another option is the bank.

Thanks! My buddy (who has a lot more money) told me that the Bank was pretty terrible on a Sunday a few weeks ago, but with XS being a swim night I'd imagine that the crowds have to be somewhere.

Yeah the bank is pretty bad, just throwing out options.

Would I better off just doing Hyde on a Saturday and not getting BS at all on Sunday?

That is what I would do. Contact Anthony. If anything do GA at XS Sunday night.

Ive been to the Bank on Sunday twice and both times ive had a really good time. Sunday is their industry night. Also since it is their industry night you might be able to get good deals. The first time I used Norman Ly. He is now the Director of Customer Development but he can still book anything with the Light Group properties.

Thanks for the feedback guys. It's going to be 3 guys for now, possibly adding a couple (won't know till the week of so they're irrelevant). We are skipping the concert and wanted to do a two bottle minimum somewhere with a nice handshake. We'd really like to check out Hyde, but I haven't heard from Anthony. Should we look at Surrender or possibly even outside at Marquee or XS?

Will do, do you think a two bottle at Hyde would be better than an outdoor table at marquee or something at surrender?

Havent been to Hyde to yet unfortunately. Their XIV parties seem crazy fun though. For surrender and marquee it all depends on whos playing there that night.

If it were me I'd do Hyde or Surrender with that size group on a Saturday. I just like the idea of a smaller venue with a great crowd. From what others have reported Hyde has an awesome crowd and the venue looks awesome. Doesn't look to be a bad table anywhere. Two bottles at Marquee will land you on the patio or one of the other rooms (library/boom box). Marque patio is supposed to be a great party but something about a smaller venue like Hyde appeals to me. It's at the top of my list for my next trip.
Like all great travelers, I've seen more than I remember, and remember more than I have seen.

Thanks guys. I booked BS at Hyde on Saturday, followed by BS at Lavo. Definitely looking forward to it.
